Halasana - This posture is also known as the plough pose. Lie down on your back, arms by your sides, palms facing down and feet together. Press your palms flat on the floor, close to your hips. Inhale; lift your legs and derrière off the floor. Use your hands to help raise your body. With your elbows on the floor, place your hands on your back; use your hands to gently push on your back to straighten it. Bring your legs right over your head. Lower your legs slowly, so your toes touch the floor above your head.
