Multiple sources in Italy claim that Juventus have initiated preliminary talks to sign Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta, but the Bianconeri have reportedly refused to include Jonathan David in a swap deal. ............

The Bianconeri have already begun talks with Crystal Palace, as Luciano Spalletti would gladly welcome a classic centre-forward in the January transfer window. ............

Mateta’s contract with Crystal Palace expires in June 2027 and the striker seems unwilling to extend his stay.

This means the 28-year-old could leave for circa €25m-30m, but other Italian media suggest that his price tag is close to €40. ............

Juventus have offered €4m to sign Oscar Mingueza this month, and the Bianconeri are unwilling to increase their proposal as the defender’s salary expires in just six months. ............

The Old Lady has already made a formal €4m offer to sign Mingueza this month after reaching an agreement with the versatile defender.

Mingueza will join Juventus as a free agent at the end of the season, but the Bianconeri are pushing to give defensive reinforcements to Luciano Spalletti this month already. ............

Celta Vigo initially requested the full €20m release clause to be paid, especially because Barcelona hold a 50% sell-on clause on the Spaniard.

Juventus have no intention of matching that fee and feel their offer for Mingueza is reasonable. ............

Crystal Palace makes a decision on selling Juventus target this month

Jean-Philippe Mateta smiling

Juventus are assessing their options in attack ahead of the end of the season, with attention turning towards potential reinforcements who could fit into their long term plans. The club are preparing for a significant change in their forward line and is carefully considering targets who can adapt quickly to their environment while offering reliability and experience. ............

Jean-Philippe Mateta has emerged as a player of interest, with the move reportedly receiving approval from Luciano Spalletti. Bringing in the Crystal Palace forward during the current window would allow him to spend the next six months adjusting to Juventus’ tactical expectations and overall playing style. This period of adaptation is viewed internally as a valuable opportunity, particularly as the club aims to avoid disruption once the season concludes. ............

Mateta is regarded as an experienced striker who has earned his place in the France national team squad, qualities that suggest he could perform effectively in Serie A. However, Crystal Palace are aware of the growing interest in him and other key figures within its squad.

Despite the risk of losing him, Palace are reluctant to sanction a move during the current transfer window. The club are keen to retain their strongest players for the remainder of the season, with Mateta considered one of those they are determined to keep. The report indicates that Palace would prefer to postpone any potential sale until the summer, allowing them to maintain stability and competitiveness in the short term. ............

Italian newspapers suggest that Juventus’ 1-0 loss against Cagliari on Saturday highlighted the Bianconeri’s need for Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta.

Juventus suffered their second defeat under Spalletti last night, seeing Cagliari secure a 1-0 win at the Unipol Domus. ............

Multiple sources, including Sky Sport Italia and Fabrizio Romano, claim that the Bianconeri have held positive talks with the striker’s entourage.

The Serie A giants will send an offer to sign the French forward on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season, which becomes mandatory if Juventus qualify for the Champions League or the Europa League.

Juventus submit an offer for Crystal Palace striker Mateta

Jean Philippe-Mateta in action for Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace have reportedly received a concrete offer from Juventus for their centre-forward Jean-Philippe Mateta.

The Bianconeri are looking to add a new striker to their ranks in January, as Dusan Vlahovic’s return date remains unknown, with some reports fearing he could be out until the spring. In any case, the Serbian is expected to leave the club once his contract expires in June. Hence, sooner or later, a replacement will be required. ............

In recent days, Mateta emerged as the Old Lady’s preferred target to bolster the attacking department.

Unlike David and Openda, who tend to struggle against physical defenders, the Frenchman is a classic marksman blessed with remarkable strength and a clinical touch in front of goal.

This season, he has thus far contributed with 10 goals and two assists in 33 appearances in all competitions.

Juventus have lodged an offer for Mateta worth €30 million in total. ............

The Bianconeri are hoping to sign the French striker on an initial loan until the season for €2 million, with the obligation to buy him for another €28 million plus bonuses in June. The Serie A giants feel this is a fair offer, considering that the player’s contract will expire in 18 months.

Di Marzio adds that the buy clause would be triggered by Juve’s qualification either for the Champions League or the Europa League. ............

Di Marzio: Crystal Palace rejects opening Juventus bid for Mateta

Crystal Palace 1-0 Fredrikstad: What Jean-Philippe Mateta said - BBC Sport

Juventus have reportedly failed in their initial attempt to strike an accord with Crystal Palace for Jean-Philippe Mateta.

The Bianconeri identified the Frenchman as the ideal profile to round off their attacking department, which currently lacks the services of the injured Dusan Vlahovic. ............

As reported earlier, Juventus made an opening bid for Mateta worth €30 million in total.

The Serie A giants offered Crystal Palace €2 million to sign the striker on loan until the end of the season, with an obligation to buy worth €28 million hinging on Champions League or Europa League qualification.

Nevertheless, Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reveals that the Old Lady’s offer has fallen short of the mark, as the Premier League side has decided to reject it.

As the transfer marker expert explains, the Eagles continue to insist on their initial asking price of €40 million, refusing to offer any discounts, even though the 28-year-old’s contract will expire in 18 months. ............

This development comes on the heels of a shocking outburst from Palace manager Oliver Glasner, who accused the club’s owners of abandoning the cause after agreeing to sell his captain and key defender, Marc Guehi, to Manchester City. ............

It remains to be seen if Glasner’s shocking statement will have any ramifications on Juve’s Mateta plans, or will instead signal the end of the manager’s tenure at Selhurst Park.

The 51-year-old had already expressed his desire to leave Palace at the end of the season.

Juventus ready to raise their offer for Mateta but they face another hurdle

Jean Philippe Mateta in action for Crystal Palace

After falling short in their initial attempt, Juventus remain hellbent on securing an agreement with Crystal Palace for Jean-Philippe Mateta. ............

The Serie A giants launched their opening bid over the weekend, offering €2 million for a six-month loan plus an obligation to buy for €28 million linked to European qualification.

However, the Eagles decided to turn down the offer, insisting on their €40 million valuation. ............

Juventus will try again for Mateta, as they look to close the deal in the next 48 hours.

The Turin-based newspaper claims that the Bianconeri have already found an agreement with the player on a four-year deal.

The Old Lady is thus hoping to have the French striker at Luciano Spalletti’s disposal ahead of the big weekend clash against Napoli.

The two clubs could reach a compromise in the region of €35 million. Hence, an improved offer from Juventus should unblock the operation. ............

The player’s agents are requesting sizable commissions for their part in the negotiations.

While these figures aren’t unattainable, it remains to be seen if Juventus CEO Damien Comolli is willing to pay this ransom or simply instruct the club’s sporting director, Marco Ottolini, to move towards other profiles. ............

Spanish international already agreed to join Juventus in July

Barcelona hoping for financial boost from Oscar Mingueza as Aston Villa make move | Barca Blaugranes

Juventus have reportedly booked Celta Vigo full-back Oscar Mingueza for next season, with the player agreeing to join as a free agent.

The Serie A giants have been lacking quality and depth on the right-hand side, as Joao Mario has already faded into a forgotten figure in Turin, just six months following his arrival from Porto. ............

Therefore, Juventus are hoping to add a quality right-back to their ranks in January, but they could be forced to delay their plans until the summer.

In recent days, Mingueza emerged as the Old Lady’s preferred option for the role. Damien Comolli and Marco Ottolini launched a swift onslaught in the hopes of securing agreements with the player’s entourage and his employers, Celta Vigo.

Juventus succeeded in the first mission, finding an agreement with Mingueza on personal terms.

However, the Spanish club has yet to sanction the 26-year-old-old’s departure, which could postpone his arrival in Turin until July. ............

Mingueza is currently running on an expiring contract, so he’s free to negotiate and sign a pre-contract agreement with any new club.

Therefore, the Turin-based newspaper believes that the Spanish international will, sooner or later, join Juventus, regardless of Celta Vigo, who could only delay the move until the summer.

The Bianconeri have offered the LaLiga side a €3 million to sign Mingueza in January. However, the Spaniards weren’t enticed by this figure, as they owe Barcelona a 50% sell-on fee. ............

Mingueza is a product of Barcelona’s famous academy, La Masia, and he’s been playing his football at Celta Vigo since the summer of 2022.

Juventus & Crystal Palace disagree on formula as Mateta talks continue

Juventus moving in on Jean-Philippe Mateta - Foot Africa

Juventus are still trying to find a solution that would unblock the transfer of Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta. ............

The Serie A giants have already submitted an opening bid, offering the Eagles €2 million in loan fees with an obligation to buy worth €28 million, hinging on Champions League or Europa League qualification.

However, Crystal Palace have already turned down the offer. Moreover, Juventus are facing another hurdle, as the players’ agents have requested hefty commissions to finalise the deal. ............

“Juventus, who are negotiating for Mateta, have certainly had positive discussions with Mateta and the player’s entourage, but currently, there’s a disagreement between Crystal Palace and Juventus regarding the terms,” said Moretto.

“Palace would like a permanent transfer, while Juventus are aiming for a loan with an option to buy that could turn into an obligation.

“At this point, this type of quibble is a significant issue that shouldn’t be underestimated, distancing the two clubs.”

Due to the gap between Juventus and Crystal Palace, Moretto believes the Italian giants could soon give up on Mateta and turn their attention to Fenerbahce striker Youssuf En-Nesyri, who could be a more feasible option. ............

Juventus has an alternative to Mateta as Crystal Palace delay transfer

Youssef En-Nesyri celebrating

Juventus are encountering difficulties in their attempt to sign Jean Philippe Mateta, with Crystal Palace delaying a decision on the offer placed before them. The French striker has been eager to complete the move, viewing Juventus as a significant opportunity to represent a top European club and further enhance his career at the highest level. ............

Despite the interest, negotiations have stalled. Juventus are only in a position to offer a loan deal with a permanent transfer at the end of the season, an arrangement that has failed to convince Palace. The London club remain reluctant to sanction a departure unless a substantial fee is guaranteed, reflecting both Mateta’s importance and his contractual security. ............

If Palace continue to reject the advances, Juventus are prepared to redirect its attention. Youssef En Nesyri has emerged as the leading alternative should the Mateta pursuit collapse. The Morocco international has been performing well at Fenerbahce, and Juventus believe he could adapt successfully to their system and provide the cutting edge they require.

The situation leaves Juventus at a crossroads. Securing Mateta would bring experience, pedigree and immediate impact, but only if Palace soften their stance. Otherwise, the club must act decisively elsewhere to avoid being left short in attack for the remainder of the campaign. ............

Reports from various outlets in Italy claim that Juventus are in contact with Fenerbahce and are moving closer to a deal for Morocco international Youssef En-Nesyri rather than for Crystal Palace’s Jean-Phillipe Mateta. Here is what has been reported on the potential deal so far. ............

En-Nesyri was a regular starter for Fenerbahce last term, netting 20 league goals in his first season in Turkey, but has not been afforded the same volume of opportunities following the arrival of Jhon Duran in the summer. ............

For this reason, Fenerbahce are willing to sanction En-Nesyri’s departure in January, and according to various reports on Sunday, this could be in the form of a loan deal with an option or potential obligation to buy.

Juventus will likely have to cover En-Nesyri’s salary in full for the remainder of the season. He reportedly earns around €8m per season, which means a cost of around €4m between now and the end of the 2025-26 campaign. ............

Juventus target has now informed his club that he wants to leave

Di Marzio] Juventus heeft opnieuw contact gehad voor Jean-Philippe Mateta. Crystal Palace vraagt ongeveer €40 miljoen, en Juventus weegt af of ze nu moeten pushen of wachten tot de zomer. : r/soccer

Jean-Philippe Mateta is actively seeking to complete a move to Juventus during the current transfer window and is personally pushing for the transfer to materialise. The French striker has made it clear that he is eager to take the next step in his career and believes that a switch to Turin would represent a significant progression. ............

Mateta has maintained strong form for several seasons, a consistency that has helped him break into the French national team setup. With the World Cup approaching, the striker is keen to strengthen his position and improve his chances of being selected for the tournament in North America. A move to a top club such as Juventus is viewed by the player as an important step in achieving that ambition.

From Juventus’ perspective, the club see Mateta as a striker capable of enhancing their attacking options. Juve are keen for him to arrive and develop into one of their key players, believing his profile and attributes could significantly improve that area of the squad. The Allianz Stadium is seen as the ideal stage for the Frenchman to showcase his abilities at a higher competitive level. ............

Mateta is not leaving matters solely in the hands of negotiations between clubs. He has approached Crystal Palace directly to inform them of his desire to leave during this transfer window. By clearly communicating his intentions to the Eagles, he hopes to encourage them to reach an agreement with Juventus. ............

Juventus wants response from Turkish club for their target today

en-nesyri.jpeg

Juventus have shifted its transfer focus after Crystal Palace stalled on a decision regarding a potential move for Jean-Philippe Mateta during the current window. With progress proving difficult, the Bianconeri have now turned their attention towards Fenerbahce striker Youssef En-Nesyri as they look to strengthen their attacking options before the deadline.

En-Nesyri has recently returned from the Africa Cup of Nations, and Fenerbahce are understood to be open to allowing him to join Juventus, even if the deal is structured as a loan. This flexibility has made the Moroccan international an attractive alternative as Juve assesses their options in the market. ............

Adding another striker is viewed as a priority to improve the team’s attacking output. En-Nesyri’s form over an extended period has convinced Juventus that he could be the right fit. His experience at Sevilla has also demonstrated his ability to perform at the highest level in one of Europe’s top leagues, something that adds to his appeal as a short-term or potentially longer-term solution. ............

Juventus are now pushing to reach an agreement with Fenerbahce as soon as possible. Discussions between the two clubs have been ongoing for several days, with the Italian side keen to gain clarity on whether a deal can be finalised swiftly. The striker himself is also understood to be eager for both clubs to reach an agreement, allowing him to resolve his future without delay.

Juventus are expecting a response from the Turkish club today. ............

Juventus and Fenerbahçe have reportedly reached an agreement in principle over a deal for Youssef En-Nesyri, with the final decision now resting with the player.

Confirming reports from Italy, the two clubs have settled on the framework of a loan move that would see En-Nesyri join Juventus for the remainder of the season.

The proposed package includes a €5m loan fee, a purchase option set at €19m, plus a further €3m in performance-related bonuses. ............

The agreement has been reached club-to-club with Fenerbahçe, but Juventus are still waiting for En-Nesyri to give his approval before moving forward.

The Moroccan striker is currently assessing the proposal and weighing up his options, with sporting guarantees expected to play a key role in his decision. ............

The centre-forward has extensive experience in European competition and remains a regular for Morocco at international level. ............

Juventus preparing January move for Sevilla full-back

Juanlu Sanchez looking on

Juventus have set their sights on Sevilla full-back Juanlu Sanchez, as they aim to bolster their right flank before the end of January.

After switching to a 4-2-3-1 formation, Luciano Spalletti has been exclusively relying on Pierre Kalulu in the right-back role. The Frenchman is originally a central defender, but he has been faring well in his wide role. ............

Last summer, Juventus signed Joao Mario from Porto, while sending his younger compatriot, Alberto Costa, in the opposite direction.

The 26-year-old was supposed to be the answer for the club’s right-back dilemma, but he has hardly featured for the Bianconeri, either during Igor Tudor’s reign at the club or Spalletti’s. ............

Juventus have now monitoring Juanlu, identifying him as a potential solution for the right-back role.

However, the Serie A giants aren’t willing to spend money this month, so it remains to be seen if Sevilla would be willing to offload the player on loan with an option to buy.

The full-back then had his big breakthrough in the 2023/24 campaign, which earned him his senior debut with the Spanish national team in March 2024. He has since made four caps with La Furia Roja and has one international goal to his name. ............

Chelsea to make SECOND January signing as journalist claims ‘deal is sealed’

Douglas Luiz ● Welcome to Chelsea 2026 🔵🇧🇷 Best Tackles, Skills & Goals

Chelsea have secured the services of Douglas Luiz, who will have his loan deal at Nottingham Forest terminated, according to a Brazilian journalist, with the Blues having already signed a young left-back in the January transfer window.

Luiz joined Nottingham Forest on a season-long loan deal from Juventus in the summer of 2025. Having starred for Aston Villa in England, the Brazil international midfielder was expected to become a major figure at the City Ground.

However, the 27-year-old has failed to make the desired impact at Forest, with the midfielder making only 14 appearances for The Tricky Tress so far this season. ............

Jorge Nicola, who has almost 400,000 followers on X, wrote on the platform at 4:50pm on January 22: “Douglas Luiz will play on loan at Chelsea until mid-year.

“People close to the midfielder guarantee that the deal is sealed.”

During his time at Villa, Luiz scored 22 goals and gave 24 assists in 204 appearances. ............

Nicola is the only source at the moment who is claiming that Chelsea and Luiz have a deal in place.

Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has confirmed our report that Chelsea are interested in Luiz, but the Italian journalist has noted that nothing has been finalised yet.

Romano wrote on X at 1:11am on January 23: “Chelsea are only interested in a loan deal for Douglas Luiz, no obligation to buy element compared to current Forest deal. ............

Reports in Italy claim that Juventus are prepared to send Douglas Luiz out on a new loan deal, as the obligation to buy clause in his current deal with Nottingham Forest is unlikely to be triggered. ............

Nottingham Forest will be obliged to sign Douglas Luiz on a permanent basis if he plays for 45 minutes or more in 15 Premier League matches in 2025-26. ............

This seems increasingly unlikely to happen given that the Brazilian has made only eight league appearances from a possible 22 so far this season and has only played for 45 minutes or more in five of them.

The former Aston Villa man has been named as an unused substitute for Forest’s last two matches in the Premier League. ............

Friday’s report claims that two Premier League clubs in Aston Villa and Chelsea could be keen on a deal for the 27-year-old midfielder, as well as Brazilian outfit Vasco da Gama.

Fenerbahce insists on their own terms to send Youssef En-Nesyri to Juventus

Spanish clubs eye Fenerbahce star En-Nesyri - Türkiye Today

Juventus are exploring alternative attacking options in the January transfer window as negotiations for a primary target continue to stall. The club believes that reinforcing its forward line this month would significantly strengthen the squad and improve recent performances. With one pursuit proving complicated, attention has shifted towards another striker who could offer an immediate impact while fitting the club’s short-term objectives. ............

The Bianconeri initially focused their efforts on securing Jean-Philippe Mateta, but discussions have become increasingly difficult. Crystal Palace are reportedly demanding a fee that exceeds what Juventus is prepared to pay, leading to a deadlock between the two clubs. Although Mateta is keen on the move and has asked Palace to allow him to join Juventus, the Premier League side has not agreed to the proposed terms, leaving the transfer in doubt.

As a result, Juventus have broadened its search and identified Youssef En-Nesyri as a viable alternative. The Moroccan forward is currently at Fenerbahce, and the Italian club sees him as a player capable of adding depth and quality to their attack. Juventus believe that adding a striker of this profile could make the squad stronger than it has been over the past few months. ............

Fenerbahce are open to allowing En-Nesyri to leave, but the terms of any deal are proving complex. The Turkish club would only sanction a loan move if Juventus agree to an obligation to make the transfer permanent at the end of the loan period. This condition mirrors some of the challenges Juventus are facing elsewhere in the market, where selling clubs are pushing for greater guarantees.

En-Nesyri himself is receptive to the idea of joining Juventus and is waiting for the two clubs to reach an agreement. ............

Kolo Muani linked with a move to Juventus again

Randal Kolo Muani in action

Randal Kolo Muani spent the second half of last season on loan at Juventus from PSG, making an immediate and impressive impact at the club. The French forward settled quickly and delivered strong performances, which convinced Juventus that he could be a valuable addition beyond his temporary stay. As a result, the Bianconeri were keen to secure his return for the current campaign.

Discussions between Juventus and PSG over a possible deal continued for several weeks, but the two clubs were unable to reach an agreement. ............

There have since been suggestions that his future in England may be short-lived, with speculation growing that he could leave Tottenham sooner than expected. This has naturally drawn the attention of clubs seeking to strengthen their attacking options. ............

As Juventus continue to monitor the market for a striker to improve their squad, there have been renewed links with Kolo Muani. The Bianconeri have once again been associated with a potential move for the forward. However, the strained relationship between Juventus and PSG, stemming from their unresolved talks in the summer, presents a significant obstacle. ............

Multiple outlets in Italy are reporting that Juventus have a full agreement in place with the club and player to bring Youssef En-Nesyri over to Turin from Fenerbahce in January. ............

Despite suggestions that Juventus were keen on a deal for Crystal Palace’s Jean-Phillippe Mateta, the Bianconeri have moved to secure a deal with Fenerbahce for 28-year-old Morocco international En-Nesyri instead.

Juventus sporting director Marco Ottolini has been in Istanbul over the last few days in an attempt to wrap up a deal with both Fenerbahce and the player himself. ............

Juve have secured an initial loan deal for En-Nesyri at a cost of €3m with a future option to buy for an additional €17m. Juve will also cover En-Nesyri’s salary in full, which will add roughly another €4m to the cost of the deal between now and the end of the 2025-26 campaign.

Some reports claim that Juventus are hoping En-Nesyri arrives in Italy with Ottolini on Saturday.

There is no immediate rush, however, as the Moroccan will not be registered in time to play against Napoli on Sunday, and will be ineligible to feature in the Champions League until the end of the league phase. That means that the Serie A match against Parma on February 1 is a realistic date for a potential debut. ............

Julen Lopetegui has told Juventus supporters what to expect from his former Sevilla colleague Youssef En-Nesyri, who looks set to join the Bianconeri on loan with an option to buy from Fenerbahce in January: ‘He’s quiet, poised, a very good person, very reserved and very religious’.

According to reports at the beginning of the weekend, Juventus have agreements in place with both Fenerbahce and En-Nesyri himself, and that sporting director Marco Ottolini is hoping to bring the Moroccan over to Italy for a medical at the start of next week.

Juventus are expected to pay between €3m-€5m for the loan deal and will have an option to buy clause set at €17m for the summer.

Few coaches know En-Nesyri better than Lopetegui, who brought him to Sevilla from Leganes in 2020. ............

“For me, excellent,” Lopetegui said in an interview when asked if he thinks Juventus have picked up a good deal with Fenerbahce.

“His margin for growth, his technical and personal characteristics will help him adapt to Italian football. He also has a lot of quality,” Lopetegui added. ............

“We took him from Leganes. We were a very aggressive team without the ball. We pressed high and he seemed perfect because he had beastly pace and intensity. We weren’t wrong and we found a lot of other qualities as well. He’s an aggressive striker who works a lot for the team.

“He proved to be perfect for our way of applying pressure in the final third. And then, when it comes to his aerial game, he has this precise timing. He attacks the ball in a courageous and powerful way when the crosses come in from the wings.

“It should also be added that he’s very fast, which can be exploited in transitions.” ............

“I relied on Bounou, the Moroccan goalkeeper, to communicate with Youssef in the best possible way and to try and get through to him. Yassine was a bit like a father to him, and helped me with him a lot.

“But I’m talking about six years ago, he was 22 at the time. After a lot of years with Sevilla, Fenerbahce and Morocco, we’re talking about a different person in terms of maturity and his football.”

“Italy is better than Turkey for him. First of all because of the language: He speaks Spanish and will be able to understand everything, and for a quieter guy like him, that will be important. ............

“Naturally, Juventus isn’t just any old club, and there will be a lot of expectations on him.”

Lopetegui also feels that Luciano Spalletti will be a good fit for En-Nesyri at Juventus.

“I’m very fond of Youssef and I always wish the best for him. Spalletti will know which buttons to press to help him grow further.

“We have to see how he will react to a high level of demand, there’s no comparison to how it was in Turkey. For me, he has a strong enough backbone to deal with the pressure, he can do it, but the final answer will be given on the pitch.”

Juventus edges closer to adding a new striker to their squad

Youssef-En-Nesyri1.jpg

Youssef En-Nesyri is set to become a Juventus player after the club reached an agreement with Fenerbahce for his signature. The Moroccan striker has built a strong reputation over the past few seasons and is widely regarded as one of the most effective forwards playing outside Europe’s top leagues. ............

En-Nesyri previously impressed during his time at Sevilla before moving to Turkey, where he continued his development under Jose Mourinho at Fenerbahce. Since making that switch, he has remained a key figure for his club, consistently contributing goals and providing a physical presence in attack. His performances have attracted interest from several sides, and Juventus have now moved decisively to strengthen their squad. ............

An agreement has now been reached that allows Juventus to bring the striker in this month, reinforcing their attacking options at a crucial stage of the season. The move is seen as a pragmatic solution that aligns with both sporting and financial considerations. ............

The arrival of a new striker is viewed as a welcome boost, offering the potential for more goals and greater tactical flexibility. The agreement is structured as a loan deal that includes a fee, with an option for Juventus to make the transfer permanent in the summer. This arrangement allows the club to assess En-Nesyri’s impact before committing to a long-term deal, while also addressing their immediate needs during a demanding campaign.

Former AC Milan man opens door to move to Juventus

Franck Kessie

Franck Kessie is reportedly interested in a move to Juventus as the club looks ahead to strengthening its squad at the end of the season. The midfielder is currently playing in Saudi Arabia, but his contract is due to expire in the summer, and he has no intention of renewing his deal. That situation has placed him firmly on the market and attracted interest from several European sides. ............

Juventus view Kessie as a strong option who could add experience and physical presence to their midfield. With his contract running down, the Bianconeri are considering a move that would see him arrive on a free transfer in the summer. This approach fits well with the club’s strategy of reinforcing key areas without committing to significant transfer fees.

Kessie is open to such a move, as it would allow him to return to European football, where he believes he can still perform at the highest level. ............

The midfielder’s openness to joining Juventus has been viewed positively within the club. Kessie has made it clear that he is willing to consider a move to Turin if the two sides can reach an agreement on contractual terms. This development has encouraged Juventus to continue exploring the deal, knowing the player is receptive to the idea. ............

ISTANBUL, TURKEY - AUGUST 12: Youssef En-Nesyri of Fenerbahce celebrates after scoring his team's fourth goal during the UEFA Champions League Third Qualifying Round Second Leg match between Fenerbahce and Feyenoord at Ulker Sukru Saracoglu Stadium on August 12, 2025 in Istanbul, Turkey. Sky Sport Italia warn that Juventus don’t have the all-clear yet from Youssef En-Nesyri, because while Fenerbahce agreed terms, he is still tempted by Sevilla.

The deal had seemingly been done, with the striker expected to fly out over the weekend to complete his medical. ............

Multiple sources all had the same details, a loan for €3m with option to buy for a further €17m at the end of the season.

There were even claims that En-Nesyri could land in Italy this evening, accompanied by director of sport Marco Ottolini, who has been in Istanbul for several days. ............

Turkish sources confirm Ottolini is returning to Italy tonight, without the striker, and that Fenerbahce are irritated by their player’s attitude.

The issue is the on-going interest from Sevilla, as this would represent a return to Spain for En-Nesyri after his previous spell there from January 2020 to July 2024.

His €19.5m sale to Fenerbahce ended that experience, but he’d be eager to try again. ............
