Striker turns down Man Utd as he holds out for Juventus move

Kolo Muani and Conceicao

Paris Saint-Germain’s wantaway star Randal Kolo Muani has given his clear preference to Juventus despite interest from Manchester United. ............

Juventus have been negotiating a deal with PSG for several weeks, but have to find a definitive agreement.

Nevertheless, Italian journalist Orazio Accomando expects the Bianconeri to keep pushing until they reach the finish line, while explaining how the formula will differ from last season’s dry loan.

“Juventus are trying, because Kolo Muani has now become the number one target for the club in attack, having already secured the signing of Jonathan David,” insisted Accomando.

“Juventus are trying everything they can to keep Kolo Muani in their squad, who, as we know, has begun pre-season training with Paris Saint-Germain.

“Juventus could offer a new loan, but not a dry loan like last January’s, but with an option or obligation to buy.” ............

“There is already a basic agreement between Juventus and the player who is also pushing for the move.

“From what we learned, he has said no to interest from Manchester United. At least at this stage, he wants to first understand if there is the possibility of returning to Juventus.”

Juventus aren’t giving up on trying to sign Randal Kolo Muani just yet

Real-Madrid-FC-vs-Juventus-FC-16Th-Round-FIFA-Club-World-Cup-202

When it comes to negotiating for the services of Randal Kolo Muani, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain appear to be stuck in the same kind of circle they can’t get out of.

We hear the teams are going to talk, those talks happen, and then we’re left at the same kind of impasse that we’ve been stuck at for over a month or so now — wondering if either side will budge when it comes to how they want the deal to be structured.

So far, Kolo Muani is still very much somebody Juventus want to sign this summer. And, as far as we can tell, he has rejected all other approaches — mainly from the riches of the Premier League — because his top hope is to ensure that his stay at Juventus goes beyond the now-completed Club World Cup. ............

PSG, understandably, don’t want to see Kolo Muani — who has reported for preseason training with the European champions earlier this week — for a serious loss on the books after investing such a massive transfer fee in him two summers ago. That would mean an option or obligation to buy worked into the deal that is no less than €40 million. ............

At this point, there is no reason for Kolo Muani to stay in Paris. He doesn’t want to stay there and PSG manager Luis Enrique has made no desire to work him back into the squad after his initial loan spell with Juventus during the second half of the 2024-25 season. He’s still very much out of the project, and that is an opportunity that Juve and new general manager Damien Comolli are hoping to take advantage of this summer. ............

Juventus agrees to a condition that could unlock Kolo Muani’s return

Randal Kolo Muani celebrating a goal v Al Ain

Juventus have reopened talks to bring Randal Kolo Muani back to the club after the Frenchman impressed during his loan spell in the second half of last season. ............

The Bianconeri have been engaged in discussions with Paris Saint-Germain in recent weeks, aiming to secure a deal that would see the striker remain in Turin. Juventus initially proposed a loan move with an option to buy, but PSG were not receptive to that structure.

The French champions are keen to offload Kolo Muani on a permanent basis, viewing him as surplus to requirements. While they were open to a loan arrangement, it had to include an obligation to buy, something Juventus had previously resisted.

However, as the player has made it clear that his preference is to return to Turin, the situation has evolved. ............

Juventus are now open to including an obligation to buy in the deal, which could pave the way for Kolo Muani’s return. With both clubs moving closer to an agreement, the chances of finalising the transfer have significantly improved. ............

Kolo Muani rejected Man Utd & Spurs offers as he only wants Juventus

Kolo Muani, conto alla rovescia: ecco la formula! Vlahovic-Milan più vicini

Paris Saint-Germain wantaway Randal Kolo Muani only has eyes for Juventus, so he has reportedly turned down all other proposals. ............

Aside from the transitional period that followed the managerial change at Juventus, Kolo Muani was favoured over Dusan Vlahovic by both Thiago Motta and Igor Tudor. However, the striker returned to Paris following the expiry of his loan stint.

Nevertheless, everyone at Juventus have been keen to find a new agreement with the European giants to bring Kolo Muani back to Turin. ............

In the meantime, other suitors have emerged, trying to seize the opportunity to overtake Juventus in the race.

But Kolo Muani has already rejected the approaches of two Premier League clubs, namely Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur. ............

Juventus expect to complete fourth summer signing this week after making breakthrough

Juve, Kolo Muani si avvicina: offerta più alta al Psg | Gazzetta.it

Juventus are closing in on sealing an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain for the transfer of Randal Kolo Muani.

The Bianconeri have already poached the services of Jonathan David on a free transfer, brought back Francisco Conceicao on a permanent basis, and also signed Joao Mario from Porto while sending Alberto Costa in the opposite direction. ............

Damien Comolli and Co. have clearly identified Kolo Muani as their preferred target to fill in the void upfront, as the latter managed to convince Igor Tudor during his loan spell last season. ............

The Old Lady may have finally found a breakthrough in the negotiations. The two parties are ironing out the last details in an agreement that would see Kolo Muani join Juventus on loan for €10-15 million, with an obligation to buy set at circa €30 million. ............

Juventus now expect to finalise Kolo Muani’s move this week, and have him at Tudor’s disposal on Monday, August 11th, when the team returns from the training camp in Germany. ............

Comolli sets a deadline for the return of Kolo Muani to Juventus

Kolo Muani Juve, Comolli insiste per tenerlo a Torino!

Juventus remain in negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain regarding the potential return of Randal Kolo Muani, following his brief but impactful spell at the club during the second half of last season. ............

Paris Saint-Germain are open to parting ways with Kolo Muani but is seeking a permanent sale or, at minimum, a loan deal that includes an obligation to buy. The Ligue 1 champions have set a valuation of 50 million euros for the striker, and Juventus have responded with a proposal that includes a 10 million euro loan fee, followed by an additional 35 million euros to complete the transfer. The obligation to purchase would be triggered should specific performance-based conditions be met.

This package is considered to be close to PSG’s expectations, and Juventus are hopeful that the deal will be accepted. However, the club are not prepared to allow talks to drag on indefinitely. ............

Damien Comolli is overseeing the negotiations, and he aims to finalise the agreement before Juventus’ fixture on the 13th of this month. The sense of urgency reflects the club’s desire to enter the new season with clarity regarding their attacking options. ............

With just days remaining until their next match, Juventus will be pushing to secure the forward’s return and move forward with their plans for the upcoming campaign.

Reports in Italy claim that Randal Kolo Muani has agreed to take a slight pay cut in order to help facilitate his return to Juventus from Paris Saint-Germain. ............

The Bianconeri are set to invest somewhere between €55m-€58m to bring Kolo Muani back to the Allianz Stadium, combining the cost of a loan fee and a future obligation to buy.

It is understood that Juventus will pay a significant loan fee in order to reduce the cost of the future obligation to buy. ............

The Bianconeri are hoping that Douglas Luiz will be sold for a price in excess of €30m, while there is still hope that Dusan Vlahovic is sold before the end of the transfer window, which would help Juventus balance their books.  ............

Additionally Kolo Muani has agreed to take a slight pay cut in order to help push the deal with Juventus through.

Sunday’s report claims that Kolo Muani will earn a salary of around €7m per season, plus bonuses, which is down from the estimated €9m plus bonuses that he currently earns from PSG.

“It’s crucial” – Capello gives Juventus transfer advice, explains Tudor advantage

Randal Kolo Muani stays! Juventus confirm agreement to extend PSG star's loan for Club World Cup but forward's future remains unclear | Goal.com

Italian football manager Fabio Capello insists Juventus must regain the services of Randal Kolo Muani to boost their chances ahead of the new campaign. ............

For his part, Capello believes the Turin-based giants must find a way to sign Kolo Muani from Paris Saint-Germain, as his addition would make a significant difference.

“For the Bianconeri, I think it’s crucial to bring Kolo Muani back to Turin,” said the former Juventus, Real Madrid and England manager in his interview. ............

“Juve have an advantage: Tudor already knows the environment and has been able to evaluate the group and understand its strengths and weaknesses over the past few months.

“Now it’s up to him to prove he’s a manager worthy of Juventus.” ............

Randal Kolo Muani makes a sacrifice to push through Juventus move

Randal Kolo Muani celebrating a goal v Al Ain

Juventus are reportedly closing in on the return of Randal Kolo Muani during the current transfer window, with negotiations progressing towards a possible agreement in the coming days.

Paris Saint-Germain are intent on selling the striker and has closed the door on any possibility of a straight loan arrangement. This has left Juventus with little choice but to accept an obligation to buy if they wish to complete the deal. ............

The Bianconeri are continuing their efforts to bring the transfer to a conclusion quickly, particularly as the striker has already missed pre-season preparations. ............

Providing an update on the situation, transfer insider Gianni Balzarini explained that the player has agreed to lower his salary expectations. He said:

“Another detail has emerged, you see, regarding Kolo Muani, namely that his salary was also up for discussion, and he was persuaded to reduce it. I don’t know how much he actually earned at Paris Saint-Germain, but I think it was way over the budget set by Juventus. At Juventus, he’s asking for around €5 million plus bonuses. Then, it’s clear that the comparison with Vlahovic suddenly arises, automatically, if things are like this, the obligation seems to be a buyout not conditional on achieving certain objectives, a firm obligation at the end of next season.” ............

Randal Kolo Muani still not speaking to other teams as he waits for Juventus

OFFICIALLY OFFICIAL: Juventus sign PSG striker Randal Kolo Muani on loan | Black & White & Read All Over

Randal Kolo Muani’s future is once again in the headlines, with the striker drawing attention from several top European clubs. Newcastle United and Arsenal have both been linked, but the Frenchman has already made up his mind. His priority is to leave Paris Saint-Germain only if an agreement can be reached with Juventus. ............

Kolo Muani has not altered his stance and remains determined to join Juventus this summer. While interest from the Premier League is serious, with Arsenal and Newcastle both considering him as an attacking option, the striker is not entertaining those alternatives. For him, there is only one destination: a return to the Allianz Stadium. ............

The stumbling block remains the agreement with PSG. The French champions are open to sales but will only sanction his departure if the right financial terms are met. Juventus, aware of competition from wealthier clubs, is working carefully to structure a deal that could bring him back without stretching their resources too far.

For Kolo Muani himself, the decision has already been taken. He will not be swayed by other offers or higher wages from elsewhere. Instead, he is waiting for the green light that allows him to continue his career in Turin, a place where he feels he has unfinished business. ............

Juventus frustrated as PSG raise asking price for Kolo Muani

Randal Kolo Muani in action

The seemingly never-ending transfer saga of Randal Kolo Muani has reportedly taken a new turn, as Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain are still struggling to finalise the transfer. ............

In recent weeks, it has been constantly reported that Juve and PSG are very close to reaching a definitive agreement, and yet, the white smoke has yet to emerge.

The Champions League winners have decided to raise their asking price to a whopping €70 million, a figure that the Old Lady certainly doesn’t intend to meet.

As the source explains, the Serie A giants have been hoping to sign Kolo Muani on loan (for around €10m) with an obligation to buy set at €45 million.

Nevertheless, PSG are gunning for higher figures, as they’re determined to avoid registering a capital loss on a player who cost them a transfer fee of €90 million upon his arrival from Eintracht Frankfurt just two years ago. ............

At this stage, it remains to be seen if Juventus will be able to solve this knot and reunite Kolo Muani with his Juventus teammates who have been waiting for his return. ............
