  1. Ok. So the GEA cannot put forward further evidence against Moggi and Lippi. What is the next step?
Any news or update regarding the above?
  3. Both letters are correct however now it is about time that from just words we go to facts. If it's a general boycott tht will make the figc fools listen than this boycott has to be done forthwith. We have lost enough points already due to "errors" committed by referees that it is now nearly impossible for Juventus to challenge for the scudetto. Some action needs to be done and this action should not just be words but real action in an international scale.
L'inchiesta riguardava i presunti falsi in bilancio relativi agli anni 2003-2004. Il reato riferito al bilancio del 2003 era comunque gia' prescritto. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The above was on the news today. How come whenever Inter or Milan are accused of something they always walk away clean. It is not acceptable just to say that Inter and Milan have strong contacts and that they can find their way out of any criminal situation. Why is no one from Juventus doing anything about this. On the contrary, what Juve did was to congratulate Inter for yesterday's win in the Coppa Italia. Although I am losing hope that we can ever get back to the glorious days that Juve have always been accustomed to I beg everyone to continue with our fight. Juve have been accused and harshly sentenced. Inter and Milan have also been accused and they just walked away free. This is simply not acceptable. gsol can you shed some light as to whether the above is in some way connected to the calciopoli saga?
  5. Gsol Is there an update re calciopoli case? The media seems to be very quite about this case. Is it because the chances for Juve to win this case are very low or is their something else that the media are trying to hide.
What do you think about the above? Does Montezemolo really want Juventus to be freed from any calciopoli accusations or is their something else between the lines.
  7. Hello all, Hope gsol is still finding out how things are developing. Have you read the recent articles of what the papers are calling "calciopoli 2". I can understand some Italian but I'm not fluent. Maybe someone can inform us of what's really going on. I mean after the world club final that Milan won, Berlusconi described claciopoli as a montatura. What did he realy ment? Then their was Moratti speaking about Vieri and the espionage case. What is really happening? Take care and all the best for this festive season. Eaglet.
  8. Keep up the good work. From the material you wrote in this site, it is already enough to convince the unconvincible. One has only to decide whether to first write the book and as soon as it is published open a Court case OR the other way round. Because if the case ia opened first and followed by publishing the book, than the opponents would not know beforehand our evidence to be submitted in Court.
  9. gsol: First of all, have you decided whether to publish a book on this subject or otherwise? If you go ahead with the idea I'm sure that it would be a huge success and every media station would be talking about it. I have a question that I would like an answer for. Is it true that the decision taken by the FIGC can never be overturned by any other Court and is final? How does the Italian system works in cases of sports corruption? Also, people keep refering to the incident when Moggi ordered that a referre be locked up in a room until he accepted to help Juventus in winning games. What is the truth behid all this?
  10. This season Juventus have a number of players loaned and/or on "compriopieta" to other Italian and foreign clubs. Can anyone list all the players that although loaned or playing for other clubs are still in the books of Juventus. From these players who do you think will make it to Juventus first team next year?
  11. I've been watching yuor performance during the last matches you played for Empoli and the under 21 national team. I must say that you were always given high points even tough you usually play during the second half for Empoli. Juventus is your future and right now you must continue to gain experience and do your best with Empoli. Although I'm not Italian, I am a great football fan of Serie A Calcio and I can assure you that there are thousands of Juve fans worlwide waiting your return to Juventus even if it's not next year. Good Luck. From one of your worldwide supporters.
  12. Good work Gsol. Whether we would have the two scudetti back and the restitution of money, it really does'nt matter as long as Juventus name would be cleared from calciopoli. I say that whatever the reasons or repercussions that this book would bring it is still important for everyone to know the thruth. However the main focus should remain that Inter and Milan were behind this scam. We do not want internal arguments within the Juve administration or to cause any more trouble than we already had. My question to Gsol: Do you think that the attempted suicide of Pessotto had anything to do with calciopoli? Although I do not have any proof, it would be interesting to know what has actually caused this incident. I find it hard to believe that Pessotto would do such a thing if he was't forced to do it. Why was his position as team manager retained by him after this incident? I mean it would be difficult to give such an important position at Juve back to a person who had just attempted a suicide. Having said this I respect Pessotto and am happy that he is the team manager. But I'm still not convinced about this whole incident. Should you require any help from me, please let me know. I live in Malta and Juventus is huge with thousands of die-hard supporters in this island.
  13. NEVILLE MALTA We need to do more then sign a petition. I suggest that everyone link to the Lega Calcio website and write an email of protest.
