  1. “This is for you, Alex!” – Yildiz dedicates Juventus Derby triumph to Del Piero Juventus teenager Kenan Yildiz paid homage to his idol Alessandro Del Piero during and after the Derby della Mole against Torino. The Bianconeri took the lead in the first half through a Timothy Weah tap-in, but the Turkish teenager seemed hellbent on getting on the scoresheet, especially since the contest coincided with Del Piero’s 50th birthday. ............ Yildiz exulted after scoring his goal by mimicking the iconic tongue-out celebration of the Juventus great as a fitting homage. After the match, the Turkiye international explicitly dedicated the Derby win to his idol. “I’m very happy with this goal. This is for you Alex, happy birthday!” said the 19-year-old in his post-match interview. ............ “Cambiaso works extremely hard. I’m happy to have him on my side. I also try to help him at the back as much as I can. “Inter vs Napoli? We’re not thinking about it.” ............ . 2. Kenan Yildiz dedicates Juventus goal to legendary Del Piero Kenan Yildiz had a very special dedication for his goal in the Derby della Mole to birthday boy Alex Del Piero and received extra praise from Juventus teammate Andrea Cambiaso. ............ Turkey international Kenan Yildiz always celebrates by sticking his tongue out, a tribute to his hero Alex Del Piero, but it was even more special tonight because it is the Juve legend’s 50th birthday. “I am very, very happy for this goal. This one is for Alex, thank you for everything, happy birthday! I also thank the team, we are doing really well,” Kenan Yildiz told Sky Sport Italia. ............ Standing next to Kenan Yildiz, Cambiaso thanked the youngster for helping out with defending when required. “He is doing really well, the most important thing is to help your teammates and he is doing that. He is a fantastic lad, with great talent, he just has to keep going like that.” ............ . Read more -> https://football-italia.net/kenan-yildiz-dedicates-juventus-goal-del-piero/
  3. Thiago Motta ‘satisfied with result and performance’ for Juventus Thiago Motta was ‘happy with both the result and performance’ as Juventus beat Torino 2-0, urging Kenan Yildiz to make more of the attacks that prompted his goal. ............ “It is always important to play with balance and it was another good performance where we bring three points home. I am happy both with the result and the performance, in a derby on home turf, and thank our fans for their support,” Thiago Motta told Sky Sport Italia. “I also want to thank the players, because it was not easy playing the third game in a week, but we remained solid, focused and effective when needed. We certainly deserved the victory.” ............ “I am very happy with Kenan’s goal, because we must keep getting him to attack the back post. Timothy is more accustomed to doing that, he also did very well along with Dusan Vlahovic and Teun Koopmeiners, who help our left-backs by blocking off the movements of the Torino midfielders.” ............ “We started with Tim today because he is going through a great period of form. The game lasts over 90 minutes now, we must be on our toes throughout and realise anything can happen, so we need options off the bench. We can do that by alternating the forwards, while they can and already have also played together. ............ This result puts Juve within a point of leaders Napoli, awaiting tomorrow night’s Scudetto showdown between Inter and the Partenopei at San Siro. . 4. Player Ratings: Juventus 2-0 Torino, Yildiz’s show Kenan Yildiz was Man Of The Match in Juventus’ 2-0 win over city rivals Torino. The Turkish talent scored the second goal of the night against the Granata, while Timothy Weah had opened the account in the first half, capitalising on an impressive Andrea Cambiaso solo attack. The Bianconeri were in control of the match, especially in the first half. Even if Torino tried to bounce back after the break, they were never really dangerous and ended up losing their third consecutive league game. ............ Juventus: Perin 6; Savona 5.5 (86′ Danilo N/A), Gatti 6.5, Kalulu 6.5, Cambiaso 7; Locatelli 6.5, K Thuram 6; Weah 7, Koopmeiners 6.5, Yildiz 8 (86′ McKennie N/A); Vlahovic 5.5 (73′ Conceiçao 7). Coach: Motta 6.5. Best Juventus player – Yildiz 8: He would have been among the best players even without his goal: 95% passing accuracy (20/21) and two successful dribbles from three. He dominated down the left flank and his third goal in Serie A this season was the icing on the cake. Lowest Juventus rating – Vlahovic 5.5: Same rating as Savona, who wasn’t always accurate with the ball at his feet. After a disappointing performance, Vlahovic was subbed off at minute 73: He lost possession seven times and had just 17 touches and 78% passing accuracy. Juventus coach—Motta 6.5: Torino never really troubled the Old Lady: low in confidence and weak in attack. In this scenario, the Bianconeri easily controlled the game and never felt the Granata could score. However, they should have created more goal-scoring opportunities against a team in deep crisis. ............ . 5. Juventus Player Ratings vs Torino: Yildiz Pays Fitting Homage to Del Piero Juventus (4-2-3-1) Mattia Perin – 6.5 ............ Nicolò Savona – 6 The new Italy boy looked composed and sharp at the back, but still needs to work on his passing and overall technical skills. Federico Gatti – 6.5 The former Frosinone man was always happy to bully his opponents off the ball, especially Tony Sanabria. He was almost embroiled in a titanic brawl against Vanja Milinkovic-Savic. Pierre Kalulu – 7 Another solid outing at the back from the Milan loanee who hardly put a foot wrong, and was almost always the first to the ball. Andrea Cambiaso – 7.5 An outstanding showing from the versatile full-back who somehow found a channel on the left side and launched a courageous run that yielded the first Juventus goal. He was a thorn in Torino’s back all night, massively contributing to both phases. Manuel Locatelli – 7 The former Sassuolo man is becoming a true general at the heart of Thiago Motta’s lineup. Shielded the backline impeccably and instigated the play that led to the second goal with a precise long ball. Khephren Thuram – 6.5 A dynamic display from the new Juventus signing under the watchful eye of his father Lilian. ............ Timothy Weah – 7 The American was in the right place at the right time to break the deadlock with a simple tap-in. His pace gave Valentino Lazaro nightmares. Teun Koopmeiners – 6 The Dutchman is slowly but surely coming into his own at Juventus, and is already acting as a technical leader, giving instructions to his teammates, especially in the counter-pressing. Threatened to score on a couple of occasions, and picked up Weah with a clever assist for the disallowed goal. Kenan Yildiz – 7.5 The Turkish teenager caused havoc for the Granata almost every time he received the ball. Kickstarted the play that led to Weah’s opener, and sealed the win for Juventus with a sliding header that wrongfooted Milinkovic-Savic. Dusan Vlahovic – 5.5 ............ Substitutes Francisco Conceicao – 7 A super cameo from the diminutive Portuguese winger who picked up Yildiz with a sublime cross for the second Juventus goal. Weston McKennie – N/A Danilo – N/A . 7. Juventus claim a comfortable Derby della Mole win over Torino Juventus secured a 2-0 win against Torino this evening, returning to winning form after their midweek Champions League draw at Lille. Juventus started well against an out-of-form Torino but initially struggled to find the net in the early stages of the game. However, they broke through before the 20-minute mark. Timothy Weah was in the right place to turn in a rebound, putting Juventus in the lead. ............ Torino didn’t put up enough of a fight to make the game particularly engaging. This gave Juve the chance to extend their lead. Weah had the ball in the net a second time, but the goal was ruled out due to a handball. Thiago Motta then brought on Francisco Conceicao, who assisted Juventus’ second goal with a fine cross for Kenan Yildiz to finish. ............ . 8. E addirittura. L'unica cosa che hanno in comune é il colore dei capelli.
  9. Sei prevenuto nei confronti di Koopmeiners. Non sono d'accordo con te. Koop ti fará comunque cambiare idea.
