Paulo Dybala is still keen to stay with Juventus despite him being linked with a potential swap deal, according to Daily Sun.

It has been reported earlier that Dyabla’s agent was in England on Tuesday to find a possible solution of a swap deal which will see him going to English Premier League giants Manchester United and will see striker Romelu Lukaku going the other way around.

However, as per the new development, the Argentina international is still keen on staying in Turin and fight for his place instead of going to United.

The news will be a major boost to Serie A outfit Inter Milan who have been linked with Lukaku all summer but could not meet United’s valuation of €83 million for the Belgium international.

Dybala could wreck Lukaku move

Juventus, Manchester United and Romelu Lukaku have agreed terms, now it’s all down to Paulo Dybala and the situation is unclear.

According to multiple reports, Juve sent director of sport Fabio Paratici to London for final negotiations with Manchester United and Lukaku’s agent, Federico Pastorello.

The two clubs are agreed on an exchange, the Belgium international has given the all-clear with a similar salary to the one he had already decided with Inter.

They are now all waiting for the verdict from Dybala, who is due in Turin tomorrow morning to resume training.

He’s expected to go straight to the Continassa training ground for a crunch meeting with Coach Maurizio Sarri.

According to the latest rumours from Sky Sport Italia, Sportitalia and others, Dybala is far from convinced he wants to join Manchester United.

The Old Trafford side are not in the Champions League this season and he is concerned that his style of football is not necessarily suited to the team or Premier League.

La Joya has spent most of his career in Serie A with Palermo and then Juve, but is reportedly determined to remain in Turin.

This is also because Sarri was complimentary about Dybala during pre-season and he wants to at least start training with the tactician before making a decision.

Dybala has been on an extended vacation following Copa America duty with Argentina.

Dybala keeps everyone waiting

Paulo Dybala reportedly won’t meet Juventus Coach Maurizio Sarri until tomorrow, as he keeps Manchester United and Romelu Lukaku waiting.

La Joya returned to Turin this morning from Buenos Aires, after an extended vacation due to his Copa America participation with Argentina.

He was picked up at the airport by a Juventus car, but was taken straight home rather than to the J-Medical facility or Continassa training ground.

As the Juve squad only had a morning training session, Dybala is not expected to meet up with Coach Sarri until tomorrow.

The forward wants to speak directly to Sarri before making a decision on the Manchester United offer, where he’d move in exchange for Lukaku.

According to multiple sources including Sky Sport Italia, Lukaku has agreed personal terms with Juve, but the entire transfer depends on Dybala.

He is rumoured to be at best unconvinced by the idea of joining the Premier League side and his €10m plus bonuses wage demands could also prove a problem for Manchester United.

Man Utd give up on Dybala

As all Italian sources state Paulo Dybala will resume training with Juventus on Monday, The Telegraph reports Manchester United are admitting defeat.

Dybala had put a series of obstacles in the path of the swap deal with Romelu Lukaku, including a salary of €12m plus bonuses and a €15m commission for his agent.

Multiple Italian outlets are confident La Joya will be at the Continassa training camp tomorrow to start work with Coach Maurizio Sarri.

He was allowed an extended vacation, along with Alex Sandro, after participating in the Copa America.

With several sources in Italy claiming this evening that Dybala told his agent he doesn’t want to join Manchester United, it seems as if the message has been received.

According to The Daily Telegraph online edition, BBC Sport and Sky Sports UK, Manchester United have admitted defeat and pulled the plug on negotiations.

It now remains to be seen how this will affect Lukaku, who is wanted by both Juventus and Inter.

Considering Manchester United agreed personal terms with Juve striker Mario Mandzukic, it’s possible the Belgian can still arrive with an exchange and additional cash, but the Bianconeri might not be open to such a deal.

This can allow Inter back in with their latest offer of €70m plus bonuses.

PSG step in for upset Dybala

Although Paulo Dybala rejected Manchester United, he’s still on the market and Juventus could start talks with Paris Saint-Germain or Inter.

Multiple sources in England and Italy stated this evening that the exchange deal between Romelu Lukaku and Dybala is dead in the water.

The Argentine made it clear he was not enthusiastic about the transfer to Old Trafford and Manchester United in turn decided it was not worth trying to convince someone who had so many doubts.

However, that does not necessarily mean Dybala will remain in Turin, as he is said to be deeply hurt by Juve’s attempts to push him into this move.

He could well still accept a transfer to a club in the Champions League or one he considers more suited to his style of football.

The Corriere dello Sport points towards Paris Saint-Germain, unsurprising considering the Ligue 1 giants have long been linked with the 25-year-old and director Leonardo is an admirer of La Joya.

Another alternative for Dybala would be Inter in a swap for Mauro Icardi, a proposal that has been floating around since the start of the summer.

Inter have frozen Icardi out and he is rejecting transfers to Napoli and Roma because his heart is set on Juventus.

Nerazzurri director Beppe Marotta is the man who first brought Dybala to Juventus from Palermo and would relish a reunion.

If it were to happen, this exchange would be towards the very end of the transfer window, which in Serie A doesn’t close until September 2.

Dybala arrives back for Juve

Juventus attacker Paulo Dybala has arrived for preseason medical tests after a move to Manchester United broke down.

Dybala checked into J Medical on Monday morning with Alex Sandro, the pair having been given extended summer breaks following their participation at Copa America.

The forward was greeted by chants of ‘stay at Juve’ from younger fans outside the facility.

The Bianconeri had negotiated an exchange deal with Manchester United that would have seen him swap clubs with Romelu Lukaku.

However, the plug was pulled on the proposal, with reports ranging from the Red Devils refusing to meet his wage demands to the player rejecting them.

Sportitalia, meanwhile, claims there could still be movement as Paris Saint-Germain and Tottenham Hotspur are both understood to have come forward.

Today could also see the Argentine hold long-awaited talks with Maurizio Sarri, with the new boss reiterating his club’s desire to sell him.

Dybala interested in PSG move

Striker Paulo Dybala is interested in joining the French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG), according to Corriere dello Sport.

The Argentina international has been linked with a move away from Italy as it is believed that the current Serie A champions Juventus are trying to cash-in on a player in order to strengthen other areas of the squad.

And as per the new development, the former Palermo striker has shown interest in moving to Paris and join the current French champions.

The news is a surprising one as Dybala recently rejected a chance to join English Premier League outfit Manchester United in a swap deal which would’ve included striker Romelu Lukaku going the other way around.

According to what reported by Canal+, PSG are preparing an offer of €60m for Paulo Dybala, which most likely will be deemed too low by Juventus.

The Argentine striker's move to Man Utd has seemingly fallen through, as the English side started to question his willingness to play for them. Therefore, PSG are willing to give it a go.

Tottenham bid €70m for Dybala

Tottenham Hotspur have made a €70m offer for Paulo Dybala, claim Sky Sport Italia, but it is again up to the player who already rejected Manchester United.

According to a report this evening from Sky Sport Italia, the London club has made a formal bid for €70m and Juve are inclined to accept.

However, La Joya has already blocked an exchange with Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku because he does not want to join the Old Trafford club.

He might think differently about Tottenham, because their manager Mauricio Pochettino is from Argentina and was already reported over the weekend to have called Dybala personally.

Spurs are also in the Champions League and indeed reached the Final last season.

Dybala's partner pushes for Premier League move

The partner of Juventus star Paulo Dybala is reportedly pushing the player towards a potential move to the Premier League this summer.

Manchester United were in talks to sign Dybala and Juventus had tried to offer Romelu Lukaku in a swap deal when it was all agreed in principle. But the personal terms and image rights issue held up the deal.

In the last 24 hours, Tottenham have agreed a fee for Dybala with Juventus- 70 million euros. And talks for personal terms have now started off already.

But Daily Mail claims that Dybala's partner Oriana Sabatini wants her boyfriend to move to England, while Dybala himself isn't too convinced about the prospect of playing in the Premier League.

The report also claims that Sabatini would prefer his partner playing London, as talks with Tottenham carry on.

Did Spurs lower Dybala bid?

According to Tuttosport, Juventus pulled the plug on Paulo Dybala’s move because Tottenham lowered their offer to €62m.

The transfer had been in full swing down to deadline day, but fell apart in the final hours.

It had been suggested Dybala’s wage demands were behind the sudden collapse of talks, or the issue of his image rights.

Now Tuttosport claim it was Spurs who lowered the initial €70m proposal to €62m, considered too low for Juve to accept.

The change was dictated by the personal terms, as La Joya requested €10m per season plus bonuses and a €15m commission for his agent.

Dybala remains on the market with interest from Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich and Inter.

PSG favourites for Dybala

PSG are preparing an offer for Paulo Dybala, worth €12m per year, as Juventus would rather sell to Paris than Inter, even with Mauro Icardi.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport writer Nicolò Schira, Paris Saint-Germain are continuing negotiations with Dybala’s representatives.

A five-year contract worth €12m per season has been lined up, while the €15m commission to his agent can also be discussed, all factors that blocked his transfer to Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.

Above all, the growing feud between Juventus and Inter could be decisive, because the Bianconeri are eager to avoid handing Dybala over to their bitter rivals, even if they’d receive Icardi in exchange.

The Romelu Lukaku battle only intensified the irritation between the two clubs, as Fabio Paratici and his former mentor Beppe Marotta go head-to-head on the transfer market.

As for Dybala, he has been leaning towards Paris Saint-Germain since the beginning and many believe they were behind his refusal to push through a Premier League switch.

Now the transfer window has shut there, the Ligue 1 club have practically a free run at La Joya.

Paulo Dybala's future has been a talking point of late as his future remains in doubt. Juve were close to selling him to Man United first and then to Tottenham but Dybala rejected both moves.

PSG are now said to be interested in the young Argentine star if they sell Neymar in the coming days as time will tell. In the mean time, Paulo Dybala scored a great goal for Juve today in their friendly game against Triestina.

Dybala to meet with PSG?

Paulo Dybala’s representatives will reportedly meet with Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday, as his Juventus future remains in doubt.

La Joya turned down moves to Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur, largely due to issues over his image rights and commission to his agent.

He scored a stunning goal in last night’s friendly win at Triestina and sent a message to the club and fans, celebrating by pointing to the name on the back of his jersey and patting the J badge on his chest.

However, Sport Mediaset, IlBianconero.com and more are now suggesting a meeting has been lined up with PSG for Tuesday.

Paris Saint-Germain are one of the few clubs who have no interest in signing up image rights of their players, so the outstanding legal action would not be an issue for them.

The Argentine is also seen as a suitable replacement for want-away Neymar.

If Dybala were to be sold for €70m cash, that would be reinvested in Inter outcast Mauro Icardi.

However, it remains to be seen if Dybala would accept the transfer, as he has shown throughout the summer that he wants to remain in Turin.

The only club he might’ve considered was indeed Paris Saint-Germain.

PSG drop Dybala hint

Paris Saint-Germain boss Thomas Tuchel says his club are prepared to sell Neymar if they sign a replacement, amidst Paulo Dybala speculation.

Neymar has been heavily linked with a return to Barcelona all summer, while it is reported PSG will meet Dybala’s representatives on Tuesday ahead of a possible swoop for the Juventus forward.

“We must replace him before we can sell him,” Tuchel said after the French giants’ 2-1 defeat to Rennes on Sunday.

“Neymar is a player who needs a replacement. This situation won’t end today or tomorrow.

“If he stays, that would be important for us because he’s skilled at one-on-ones and every team need a player like him.

“He can’t play right now because he hasn’t trained much and risks another injury so soon.”

Paratici: 'Dybala will not leave Juve'

Paratici: 'Escludo la cessione di Dybala! Mercato? Ci sono sempre opportunità'

https://www.football-italia.net/143647/paratici-dybala-will-not-leave-juve

Aug 31, 2019

Juventus director Fabio Paratici announced that Paulo Dybala “will not leave this summer. We can exclude that as a possibility.”

The Bianconeri host Napoli at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT - 20.45 CET).

“Juventus have played great seasons in the Champions League under different Coaches and we hope Maurizio Sarri will continue that,” Paratici told Sky Sport Italia.

Giorgio Chiellini is out for probably the next six months, as he tore the ACL in his right knee on Friday, so Matthijs de Ligt makes his Serie A debut.

“We are so disappointed for Giorgio, as he is a wonderful person and so important for the club, not just the team. Having said that, we have a large squad with a lot of quality that can replace him in the best possible way.

“The transfer market is planning and opportunity, so you need to keep your eyes out for the unpredictable elements. There are always opportunities for players coming in and going out, but if there aren’t over the next couple of days, we’ll remain as we are.”

The director of sport was asked if that also meant that Dybala’s exit was still on the table amid Paris Saint-Germain interest.

“We can absolutely rule out Dybala leaving this summer. We can exclude that as a possibility.

“This is a club that leaves a good impression, as often players want to come back when they have left, most recently Gigi Buffon and Leonardo Bonucci.

“There are people who brought a great deal to the club, not just to the team or what happened on the field. Let’s not forget, Juventus have been top of the Serie A table for 3,000 days and these players are always the first to arrive for training and the last to leave.”

Antonio Cassano blasted Paulo Dybala as a flop and warned “if Juventus rely on him, they risk not winning anything this season.”

FantAntonio is now a pundit on Mediaset show Tiki Taka and does not hold back on his criticism of current players.

“I heard some call Dybala ‘phenomenal’ or ‘the new Leo Messi’ over the last two or three years,” said Cassano.

“As I’ve said before, he remains in my view a good player. However, if Juventus rely on him, they risk not winning anything this season.”

The 25-year-old Argentina international has made four competitive appearances for Juve this term, providing one assist.

Dybala: Weight off my shoulders

211612689-74b59ce7-9f26-46a2-a9a9-8c65a0

https://www.football-italia.net/145023/dybala-weight-my-shoulders

Oct 8, 2019

Paulo Dybala admits he feels like a weight has been taken off his shoulders after staying at Juventus and scoring against Inter in the Derby d’Italia.

Dybala was heavily linked with moves to Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Paris Saint-Germain over the summer, amidst speculation that he did not fit into Maurizio Sarri’s plans.

However, the Argentina forward ended up sticking with Juve and played a key role in their 2-1 win at Inter.

“It wasn’t an easy summer,” he told Corriere della Sera.

“Hearing your name linked to every team and every place, where you don’t want to go, isn’t a nice thing.

“But this is football, even if before the transfer window opened I said: ‘I want to stay here.’

“I think it was more important to let the pitch do the talking, even if until the last day no-one knew what would happen.

“I wanted to stay, I wanted to play here and continue my career at Juve. I think I can still give a lot and I showed a glimpse of that against Inter.

“I feel less weight on my shoulders and very calm mentally. I was convinced that with Sarri, I’d start to have fun, work and prove what I’m worth. And that’s what I’m trying to do.

“Sarri and Allegri have different ways of playing, and it shows. With Allegri we did so many things, but I think we play a bit more attacking with Sarri and we play the ball more.

“After that, of course, we’ll have to see what happens during the season. My goal was important, for the team and I, to score at that moment, for how we got to the game.

“They’d never lost in the League and now we’re the only unbeaten team in Europe: when it comes to Juventus, sometimes you need to have a bit of respect.”
