Amidst a crisis of confidence within the team, Allegri appears to be struggling to find solutions to their problems. As doubts about his managerial abilities intensify, there is a growing sentiment among observers that Allegri may not be the right person for the job. With Juventus enduring a period of turmoil, calls for Allegri’s replacement are becoming increasingly vocal, with many advocating for swift action from the club’s management. Speaking about the former AC Milan coach, ex-Juve manager Luigi Maifredi said: “The impression is that there is no longer the security of the great team, there is the insecurity of those who know they are not competitive for one way or another. This makes it difficult to play the game and application on the pitch then becomes almost absent. A good chat should be had in which he understands that he should modernize. The impression is that he has remained stuck with Buffon, Barzagli, Chiellini and Pirlo, but those times are now gone. The Juventus coach has proven to be a magnificent manager of excellent players, but he has not managed to demonstrate that he is a great coach.” ............. The Bianconeri find themselves in need of a rebuild after experiencing a downturn in form over the past two seasons. While Max Allegri’s side remains one of the top teams in Serie A, their performances have been underwhelming in recent months. Despite the possibility of securing a Champions League place by the end of the season, Allegri’s future at the club remains uncertain. Juventus has been considering various candidates for the managerial role, including Thiago Motta. However, one potential appointment that Juventus could make is bringing Antonio Conte back to the club. ............. “Antonio was good at rebuilding at Juventus, at Inter but also in England , they know that he was a flag for Juventus and they would go for Conte because they are sure of his work culture and everything else but at the basis of everything there must be a project because you don’t solve all the problems by simply hiring a new coach, you need a complete job and it takes time because to rebuild a team by changing the coach it doesn’t return to winning. The 56-year-old Italian tactician has come under increasing pressure during his second spell in the Piedmont capital, and things reached a new level this season. After putting up a strong fight with Inter in the early stages of the title race, things began to fall off in the second half. Juventus have now managed just two wins in their last 11 Serie A matches, a run that has seen opinion on Allegri reach a consensus regarding his dismissal in the summer. One of the leading candidates to replace him is Bologna’s Thiago Motta, reports suggest. ............. Allegri future Speaking to Sky Calcio Club via TMW, Caressa first discussed the letter sent by John Elkann to Juventus shareholders last week. “The most important news of the week, beyond the 0-0 in the derby, was the letter that John Elkann wrote to the shareholders. There is a very important passage in which the team is given to Cristiano Giuntoli. ............. The famous Italian journalist then provided an update on the future of Allegri. “Allegri hasn’t been called by anyone yet, he has a good relationship with Elkann who recognizes him for having carried the team through a very difficult moment, but he hasn’t been contacted to tell him if he’ll be staying or going yet. “He feels a bit alone and abandoned but the feeling is that he will no longer be the Juventus coach next year.” Read more -> https://football-italia.net/allegri-no-longer-juventus-coach/
