PARMA 0 - 1 JUVENTUS Paul Pogba (77′) November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi Attendance: 12000 Player Ratings Goal takes a look at every player on display as Antonio Conte celebrates his 100th Serie A game in charge of the Bianconeri with his first victory at the Tardini. Nov 2, 2013 PARMA Antonio Mirante - Produced a number of fine stops from Tevez and Giovinco from close range as he kept Juventus out for long periods. Was left motionless by Quagliarella's effort and was powerless to stop Pogba converting the rebound. Mattia Cassani - A strong performance in the centre of defence as he put his body on the line every time it was required, taking nasty knocks from Pogba on a couple of occasions. Alessandro Lucarelli - A mean defender and a mean performance, as he bullied ex-Parma frontman Giovinco off the park. Even Tevez struggled at points with the physicality as Juve struggled in general to create clear-cut openings. Massimo Gobbi - Was guilty of spurning one of the hosts best chances in the opening period when he passed up the chance to shoot, but continuously troubled the visitors from deep when countering. Pedro Mendes - Fitted it in well as part of a back three despite his limited appearances for the Gialloblu this season. Was particularly unlucky to see yellow in the first half but kept his head well before being subbed. Walter Gargano - A quiet display from the usually authoritative Uruguayan. Didn't have the effect he's capable of in a midfield that was never really claimed by either side throughout the tie. Marco Parolo - Looked to link up with the front two, picking up on knock-downs and lay-offs to decent effect, but failed to impose himself on the game in any way, shape or form. Marco Marchionni - Sat deep as Parma looked to implement a counterattacking style. Resulted in Marchionni being left out of the action, his frustration showing with niggling fouls before he was eventually subbed. Jonathan Biabiany - Parma's biggest threat throughout the game. Conte's men were well aware of the danger possessed by the winger's pace but still couldn't prevent him from creating a couple of glorious opportunities. Amauri - A clever attacking display, with some intelligent off-the-ball work and hold-up play. All that intelligence though seemed to escape him in front of goal, trying to backheel into an open goal when he would've been smarter to place it home. Antonio Cassano - Showed glimpses of his former self by instigating some smart passages of play and training ground moves. Doesn't appear to have the movement to get into those goalscoring positions anymore, though. http://markting10.nl/ Substitutions Felipe - Replaced Mendes but did nothing to change the shape of proceedings. Obi - Came on in the dying stages but didn't make any impact. Nicola Sansone - Introduced too late to influence the game. http://markting10.nl/ JUVENTUS Gianluigi Buffon - Won't keep many easier clean sheets this season, as Parma created little and were wasteful in front of goal when they did manage to open Juve up. Had a couple of long-range efforts to deal with but was largely a spectator. Andrea Barzagli - Took a couple of whacks early on but carried on bravely and helped provide Juve with some much-needed width. Angelo Obinze Ogbonna - Showed he had strength and pace in abundance to repeatedly snuff out Parma counterattacks several times. Kept Cassano at bay with his strength and looked the part in a Juve defence that looked largely impenetrable. Giorgio Chiellini - Managed to wander forwards on occasions and take aim at goal, so little was he troubled defensively. Was troubled by Amauri every so often but a fairly comfortable evening nonetheless. Simone Padoin - A mixed bag of a performance that featured a first-half booking, but proved a viable attacking threat in the second, setting up Tevez on more than one occasion from his forays down the right. Claudio Marchisio - Perhaps not his greatest game for the Bianconeri, the midfielder struggled to find any rhythm in an overcrowded midfield. Booked for steamrollering Amauri and was hooked off for Pirlo as Juve searched for a winner. Paul Pogba - Was the grateful recipient of the loose ball after Quagliarella's effort cannoned off of the crossbar but still had to show a cool head to finish. Took up wide positions all night to give his side an added attacking dimension. Arturo Vidal - Guilty of wasting possession all too often for the Bianconeri in a frustrating display. Shots from range that never troubled and giving away possession all too cheaply, a performance to forget. Kwadwo Asamoah - Gave the Juventus midfield natural width alongside the three central players. Predominantly featured on the left-hand side and was able to swing in a number of crosses, but struggled to find either of the front two. Carlos Tévez - Will always be a nuisance, whatever team he plays against, and was no different here, although could be accused of being a little wasteful in front of goal in the second half. Sebastian Giovinco - Struggled with the physicality of the Parma back three but didn't disgrace himself on another return to his former club, winning a number of free kicks and constantly threatening to get in behind, too. http://markting10.nl/ Substitutions Andrea Pirlo - Replaced Marchisio and quickly took command of the midfield as Juve went in search of all three points. Fernando Llorente - Came on late but didn't do anything to affect the game. Fabio Quagliarella - Proved a 'super sub' once more, as it was his audacious effort that looped onto the crossbar and then back into the path of Pogba, who fired home the rebound. http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

PARMA 0 - 1 JUVENTUS Paul Pogba (77′) November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi Attendance: 12000 Pogba downs Parma Nov 2, 2013 Paul Pogba scored the only goal at Parma to ensure Juventus maintained their winning run ahead of a crucial Champions League tie against Real Madrid in midweek. http://markting10.nl/ Pogba decided a hard-fought encounter 13 minutes from the end when he was quickest to the ball after Fabio Quagliarella's long-range effort crashed back off the crossbar. The Frenchman still needed to keep his cool to beat Parma goalkeeper Antonio Mirante and secure a third win on the spin since Juve were beaten at the Bernabeu a fortnight ago. That reverse has left Antonio Conte's side in grave danger of missing out on the knockout stages ahead of Madrid's arrival in Turin this week. http://markting10.nl/ Despite the importance of that match, Conte named a near full-strength side - with Andrea Pirlo and Quagliarella the most notable names on the bench - although the Italy internationals were needed to be called upon before Pogba was able to finally end Parma's resistence. Juve's win moved them two points behind leaders Roma, who Conte and his staff can watch close up on Sunday when they travel to Torino. The champions had to weather an early storm as Amauri twice went close before Massimo Gobbi slid a pass across the face of goal that a backtracking Giorgio Chiellini did well to avoid at the back post. http://markting10.nl/ Juve tested Mirante for the first time when Carlos Tevez played a one-two with Giovinco - who returned the ball via a backheel - but the defence closed in and Tevez forced a shot straight at the keeper. Arturo Vidal then flashed a low shot just wide of a diving Mirante while Amauri lashed high over at the other end. Juve's search for a winner after the break was initially frustrated by Mirante who clawed another Tevez effort out of the corner following more good lead-up work from Giovinco. http://markting10.nl/ The diminutive forward then himself shot over before another athletic Mirante save denied Tevez. With time ticking down it appeared Parma might hold out for a point only for Pogba to strike. Substitute Quagliarella's stunning 25-yard shot crashed off the crossbar and, while Mirante recovered after initially being wrong-footed, Pogba kept his cool to steer the ball beyond him and grab victory. http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

PARMA 0 - 1 JUVENTUS Paul Pogba (77′) November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi Attendance: 12000 Juventus dig deep to triumph at Parma Nov 2, 2013 Paul Pogba scored a 77th-minute goal to give Juventus a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Parma this evening. http://markting10.nl/ It was the home side who carved out the game's first chance, but Massimo Gobbi's cross-cum-shot from the left side of the box evaded everyone in the middle. In the 12th minute Carlos Tevez played an intricate one-two with Sebastian Giovinco on the left flank before scuffing an effort towards goal, which Antonio Mirante gratefully grabbed at the second attempt. The rest of the half passed without further goalmouth action, although Giovinco had claims for a penalty waved away and Arturo Vidal sent a long-range effort down the throat of Mirante. http://markting10.nl/ The second half exploded into life immediately after the break as both sides had chances aplenty at either end. Tevez and Pogba got in each other's way in the box before Jonathan Biabiany threw himself in the way of Kwadwo Asamoah's shot within seconds of the restart. Alessandro Lucarelli then fouled the Italian international Giovinco on the edge of the box and the striker stepped up himself, but his effort deflected off the wall and over the bar. http://markting10.nl/ Tevez and Giovinco linked up once more in the 52nd minute, with the former feeding the latter from the byline, but the diminutive Italian fired his shot straight at Mirante. Within 20 seconds, Parma went agonisingly close. Biabiany skipped away from Giorgio Chiellini down the right wing and fed Amauri, whose attempted flick rolled across the face of goal and inches wide of the far post. Tevez was gifted an opportunity to give his side the lead in the 70th minute, but the Argentine's drilled effort from 12 yards was straight at Mirante. http://markting10.nl/ Antonio Conte made two substitutions with 15 minutes remaining, as Giovinco and Tevez made way for Fernando Llorente and Fabio Quagliarella, and the changes paid dividends immediately. Quagliarella spun and sent an arcing shot towards goal which crashed back off the crossbar and into the path of the onrushing Pogba, who slotted home from six yards. http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

PARMA 0 - 1 JUVENTUS Paul Pogba (77′) November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi Attendance: 12000 Ducali downed by lone Pogba goal Nov 2, 2013 Juventus left it late for victory against Parma at the Ennio Tardini on Saturday evening in Serie A but ultimately did enough to secure the 1-0 win. http://markting10.nl/ A lone goal from Paul Pogba proved decisive in this encounter as the Bianconeri look to make up ground on Roma in their hunt for a third Scudetto. The first half was a very fraught affair and in truth, little or no real chances to speak of were created by either side with Arturo Vidal’s drive from distance midway through the first half being the first real chance created but it was straight at Antonio Mirante. In the absence of Andrea Pirlo who was on the bench for the Bianconeri, there was that lack of creativity while the Ducali were happy to try and take their chances on the counter. http://markting10.nl/ Sebastian Giovinco was guilty of hardly troubling Mirante once more with an effort at the start of the second half while Amauri and Mattia Cassani both had decent efforts at the other end that ended up off target. Substitute Fabio Quagliarella then drove a wicked strike at goal moments after coming on with under 15 minutes remaining and although it rattled the bar, Pogba was on hand to follow it up with the finish and ensure Juve do not lose touch with the leaders. http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

PARMA 0 - 1 JUVENTUS Paul Pogba (77′) November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi Attendance: 12000 Juventus take the Tardini Paul Pogba got the goal for a 1-0 Juventus victory away to Parma, but Fabio Quagliarella deserves much of the credit. Nov 2, 2013 Sebastian Giovinco and Amauri faced their former teammates at the Stadio Tardini, where the Bianconeri had won just one of their previous five visits. Mirko Vucinic and Stephan Lichtsteiner were injured with Andrea Pirlo and Leonardo Bonucci rested, while the Ducali missed Stefano Okaka, Gabriel Paletta, Daniele Galloppa and Nicola Pavarini. Pedro Filipe Mendes received only his second start in defence. http://markting10.nl/ Gigi Buffon was almost taken by surprise on an early Angelo Ogbonna backpass and Antonio Conte, marking his 100th Serie A match as a Coach, moved Arturo Vidal to the Pirlo role in front of the defence. There was more danger with Massimo Gobbi sent clear down the left, but his cross-shot flashed across the face of goal with nobody ready to tap in. Carlos Tevez ran on to a Giovinco backheel flick to test Antonio Mirante, as did Arturo Vidal from distance. Vidal went close with a daisy-cutter that skimmed the near post and Gobbi blasted over for the hosts. http://markting10.nl/ Juventus wanted a free kick just before the break for Alessandro Lucarelli’s challenge on Giovinco right on the edge of the box, but the referee waved play on. Straight after the restart Jonathan Biabiany flung himself in Kwadwo Asamoah’s path to charge down a shot from eight yards. Tevez got to the by-line and pulled back for Giovinco, but the Atomic Ant fired straight at Mirante. Parma immediately went on the counter with Biabiany and Amauri tried to score with a backheel flick, but was inches away from getting it on target. Amauri has not scored yet this season. http://markting10.nl/ Pirlo was thrown on to shake things up, but Mattia Cassani’s volley from a corner sailed over. On 70 minutes Simone Padoin put in a low cross to the near post for Tevez’s first time shot, but Mirante performed a desperate reaction save with his legs from close range. Conte’s other substitutions proved decisive, as Fabio Quagliarella created a goal within 60 seconds of coming off the bench. His extraordinary curler from distance smacked against the crossbar and Paul Pogba was quickest to the follow-up. http://markting10.nl/ Parma laid a late siege on Juve, but Buffon only really had to smother at Amauri’s feet. PARMA: Mirante; Cassani, Lucarelli, Mendes (Felipe 69); Biabiany, Gargano (Sansone 82), Marchionni (Obi 86), Parolo, Gobbi; Amauri, Cassano JUVENTUS: Buffon; Barzagli, Chiellini, Ogbonna; Padoin, Vidal, Pogba, Marchisio (Pirlo 63), Asamoah; Tevez (Quagliarella 76), Giovinco (Llorente 76) Ref: Celi http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

PARMA 0 - 1 JUVENTUS Paul Pogba (77′) November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi Attendance: 12000 Pogba snatches late winner The midfielder struck the only goal of the game to ensure the Bianconeri remain within touching distance of leaders Roma. Nov 2, 2013 Paul Pogba scored the only goal of the game as Juventus beat Parma 1-0 on Saturday evening. http://markting10.nl/ The midfielder's strike 13 minutes from time helped to heal the wounds caused by Juve's capitulation at Fiorentina, where they surrendered a two-goal half-time lead on their way to a 4-2 defeat. Pogba tucked home the rebound from eight yards on 77 minutes after Fabio Quagliarella's long-range effort came back off the crossbar, to secure a third league win on the bounce for the visitors. With both sides having played on Wednesday, there were six changes in each team as the respective coaches looked to keep their squads fresh, with Andrea Pirlo and Fernando Llorente among those that Juventus coach Antonio Conte opted to rest. http://markting10.nl/ The first chance of note came in the 11th minute, Massimo Gobbi dragging his angled effort wide of the post following patient approach play by the hosts. Juventus threatened for the first time four minutes later, as Carlos Tevez linked up with strike partner Sebastian Giovinco inside the area before firing his effort straight at Antonio Mirante. Arturo Vidal, who scored the Bianconeri's first in their 4-0 win over Catania on Wednesday, was next to test Mirante in the 26th minute when his cleanly hit strike from 35 yards was comfortably gathered by the goalkeeper. http://markting10.nl/ Seven minutes later Vidal was at it again, this time dragging a 25-yard shot narrowly wide after being set up by Tevez. After a quiet first half, the home side went close to breaking the deadlock in the 52nd minute when Amauri's clever back heel rolled wide of the left hand post after Jonathan Biabiany had outwitted Giorgio Chiellini down the right-hand side and pulled the ball across the six-yard box. With clear opportunities at a premium, Tevez wasted a glorious chance to put his side ahead with 20 minutes remaining. After being picked out by Simone Padoin's low cross in the middle of the box, the Argentine was denied by the legs of Mirante. http://markting10.nl/ But the game's decisive moment was just around the corner as Pogba tucked home from close range after Quagliarella, on as a replacement for Tevez, struck the crossbar from 25 yards. That goal was enough to secure all three points and leaves Juventus two points behind leaders Roma, who play Torino on Sunday. http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

PARMA - JUVENTUS November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi Line-ups: Parma-Juventus Nov 2, 2013 Sebastian Giovinco faces his former teammates, as Juventus visit Antonio Cassano’s Parma in the early kick-off. http://markting10.nl/ Serie A Week 11 opens at 18.00 CET. The Atomic Ant was co-owned by Parma until the summer of 2012 and returns to the Stadio Tardini wearing the Juventus jersey. He partners Carlos Tevez, as Mirko Vucinic and Stephan Lichtsteiner are still out, while Fabio Quagliarella is only fit for the bench. http://markting10.nl/ Andrea Pirlo and Leonardo Bonucci are rested, while Gigi Buffon is also an ex-Parma man. Antonio Conte celebrates his 100th Serie A match as a Coach. Amauri takes on his old club and lines up alongside Cassano, supported by surprise hitman Marco Parolo and Jonathan Biabiany. http://markting10.nl/ Stefano Okaka, Gabriel Paletta, Daniele Galloppa and Nicola Pavarini are unavailable for Coach Roberto Donadoni, but Alessandro Lucarelli returns from suspension. This is a tough fixture for the Bianconeri, as they have won just once in their last five visits to the Stadio Tardini. http://markting10.nl/ PARMA: Mirante; Cassani, Lucarelli, Mendes; Biabiany, Gargano, Marchionni, Parolo, Gobbi; Amauri, Cassano Parma bench: Bajza, Rossetto, Felipe, Benalouane, Rosi, Mesbah, Obi, Valdes, Munari, Acquah, Palladino, Sansone JUVENTUS: Buffon; Barzagli, Chiellini, Ogbonna; Padoin, Vidal, Pogba, Marchisio, Asamoah; Tevez, Giovinco Juventus bench: Storari, Rubinho, Caceres, De Ceglie, Peluso, Llorente, Motta, Pirlo, Quagliarella, Isla http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

Cannavaro: 'Chiellini's not nasty' Nov 2, 2013 Fabio Cannavaro has joined the debate over Giorgio Chiellini and defended the Juventus man. “He’s not nasty.” http://markting10.nl/ Chiellini has been under fire this week after fracturing Gonzalo Bergessio’s fibula, ruling the Catania striker out for at least two months. “Sometimes Giorgio is so eager to get the ball that he goes in too hard, but he is not nasty,” assured Cannavaro on Radio Kiss Kiss. http://markting10.nl/ “He once did a tackle on me that forced me to miss an entire European Championship, but I repeat he is not a nasty person.”

PARMA - JUVENTUS November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi Conte: Juventus will respond to Roma form Nov 2, 2013 Juventus coach Antonio Conte has called on his side to use Roma’s flawless start as cause to bring their own game on to even higher levels. http://markting10.nl/ The Bianconeri have been the champions of Italy for the past two seasons but now look to face real competition from Rudi Garcia’s Giallorossi who have taken 30 points from a possible 30 on offer. “Roma are doing something extraordinary because to win 10 games in a row is not easy for anyone and I include even the great sides from the past in that,” Conte said. “I compliment them and say well done but this will spur us on because now, unlike last season where we always led, we are now chasing.” http://markting10.nl/ Roma go to Torino on Sunday night but ever the Bianconero to the core, Conte will refuse to cheer on his city rivals during that clash. “Cheer on Torino? I am a fan of Juventus and I will concentrate only on my own team because we face a difficult game away to Parma.” The Old Lady boss revealed that he will be rotating his squad although he would not state specifics and has Fabio Quagliarella back from injury while Mirko Vucinic and Stephan Lichtsteiner face late fitness tests. http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

Trezeguet: 'Tevez perfect for Juve' Nov 2, 2013 David Trezeguet is “very proud of what I did at Juventus and the rapport with the fans. Carlos Tevez is perfect for their mentality.” http://markting10.nl/ The former France international spoke to Tuttosport after confirming he’ll return to Turin next month to give a proper goodbye to the supporters. The 36-year-old is still playing and this week scored the 300th goal of his career at Newell's Old Boys. “I am very proud of what I did at Juventus and the splendid rapport I created with the fans. It is all very special. “I don’t regret going into Serie B with the team. In fact, with that gesture my teammates and I earned respect from the people. That respect is worth as much as a trophy for me.” http://markting10.nl/ Trezeguet is still keeping an eye on the Bianconeri and stands up for his old teammate Gigi Buffon. “I heard the criticism against Buffon and it was exaggerated. Gigi remains the number one. When I come to Turin in December, he’ll be one of the first I’ll go to. “I wish I’d been able to play alongside Andrea Pirlo, as I have a real weakness for him. He needs to stay and continue his career for the good of football. http://markting10.nl/ “As for Tevez, he is perfect for the Juve mentality and Antonio Conte’s style of play. He has great technique and never gives in – a real animal. “He was a wonderful signing, the one the fans wanted. I hope Tevez can win the Scudetto and the Champions League with the Bianconeri. “Tevez would’ve been ideal to play alongside a centre-forward like me. The characteristics of Tevez and Fernando Llorente remind me of myself and Alessandro Del Piero.”

PARMA - JUVENTUS November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi Juventus News – Parma Updates Nov 1, 2013 Now that’s more like it. Two matches, two clean sheets, six goals. http://markting10.nl/ In what is shaping up to be their first comprehensively dominant week since September, Juventus dispatched first Genoa and then Catania at home, remaining in complete control for 180 minutes. In this often tumultuous season, for once things went exactly to plan: We expected two wins, we got them. Remember that feeling? The two matches were full of encouraging signs. The Bianconeri shook off some tactical torpor to provide a diverse attack, bombarding both opponents (especially Catania) from left, right (well, mostly left) and center. Fernando Llorente continues to round into shape, while Carlos Tevez is somehow sustaining the all-pressing, constant-movement, selfless-but-still-scoring performances that immediately endeared him to the Ju-niverse at large. http://markting10.nl/ Even Paolo De Ceglie was back in the mix on Wednesday, providing dangerous crosses and his charmingly frantic, late-for-work-in-the-big-city sprints up and down the left flank. He might end up giving Kwadwo Asamoah some serious competition. Best of all, Juve’s defense was once again formidable: The worst slip-up vs. Catania was a literal one, due to a very wet pitch, and was immediately remedied by a timely Giorgio Chiellini tackle. Otherwise, Juve had refreshingly little to worry about. The only purple rain on our parade came from Fiorentina, who failed to draw or beat Napoli, thus keeping Juve level with the latter in second place. Typical Viola — they won’t give an inch. http://markting10.nl/ Now comes a potentially tricky date at mid-table Parma, who should prove to be a much trickier proposition than either Genoa or Catania. Added to the danger is the natural tendency to look forward to next week’s fateful rematch with Real Madrid, the same bad habit that perhaps had a hand in the Fiorentina defeat. Antonio Conte’s men will need to concentrate here, because unlike the minnows of the two previous matches, Parma can fight back. In this relatively tranquil week (only this year can we call a week with three matches “tranquil”), before Real Madrid Part 2 and a showdown with Napoli, Juve’s mission is simple: keep up the pace in Serie A. Roma simply must slip up sometime (don’t worry — I never uncrossed my fingers from last week) and when they do, our 11 leoni need to pounce. Steady as you go, Vecchia Signora! http://markting10.nl/ Parma Updates With one eye on Real Madrid next week, Antonio Conte will likely tweak his lineup for Parma, while still sticking to a 3-5-2 formation. In defense, Leonardo Bonucci will be kept in Turin to rest ahead of Real (of course, Giorgio Chiellini is infamously unavailable for that fixture). Angelo Ogbonna will thus join Chiellini and Andrea Barzagli in front of Gigi Buffon. Although Martin Caceres acquitted himself well in defense against Catania, it looks like Conte plans to have him start against Madrid, especially if opts to use a 4-3-3. In the midfield, Simone Padoin and Kwadwo Asamoah will start on the wings. Thankfully, Andrea Pirlo will receive what we hope will be a truly restorative rest before next week, which means Arturo Vidal, Paul Pogba and Claudio Marchisio will give us a glimpse of a potentially Pirlo-less future. http://markting10.nl/ In attack, Carlos Tevez will start — he is simply essential. However, Fernando Llorente will be saved for Madrid, and so Sebastian Giovinco will shake off his nagging foot injury sustained against Milan and look to add to his goal tally (it was a bit sad to see his repeated attempts against Catania, most of them fired straight at the keeper). Conte seems to be a firm believer in starting players against ex-clubs or clubs with which they’ve experienced some sort of heated rivalry. Time to show Parma what they’re missing, Seba! Although Parma represents a much bigger threat than their previous two opponents, there’s no reason to suggest that a newly galvanized Bianconeri squad won’t handle their own affairs on Saturday, while waiting for Roma and Napoli to make a mistake. Just don’t think about Madrid, Old Lady. I think we’re all happy to do that for you. FORZA JUVE!!! http://markting10.nl/ Celi Refs in Parma Domenico Celi of Bari will officiate the Parma match on Saturday (I imagine he’d prefer Sunday). As with many referees, Juve have a wonderful record when subjected to the Pugliese’s whistle — but this one’s a cut above. The Bianconeri have eight wins and a draw in nine matches — fantastic by any standard. http://markting10.nl/ Celi’s linesmen will be Galloni and Passari, while Costanzo is the fourth official. I’m guessing that if Juve win, all three of Celi’s assistants will have their first names published by the official site from now on. Great motivator. http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

Conte: Tevez 'deserves to be' in Argentina squad Nov 1, 2013 Juventus coach Antonio Conte backed his striker Carlos Tevez for a return to the Argentina team after learning that he has not been included in the squad for their upcoming friendlies. http://markting10.nl/ "Tevez is the class of player who deserves to go to the World Cup," Conte said of his charge during a media conference Friday. Tevez has not played for Argentina since the Americas Cup in 2011 before Alejandro Sabella took over the reins for Argentina. The 29-year-old played in the 2006 and 2010 World Cups and he was also in the Argentine team that won the gold medal at the 2004 Olympics.

PARMA - JUVENTUS November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi Parma v Juventus – Team News, Tactics, Lineups And Prediction Nov 1, 2013 The games are coming thick and fast for Juventus with Parma at the Tardini next in line. The Bianconeri will be fully aware that any points dropped might cost them dear as runaway leaders Roma have shown no signs of applying the brakes. The club celebrated their 116th anniversary this week and a win over Parma and indeed Madrid would be the perfect gift to the fans. http://markting10.nl/ Currently third in the charts, Juve are five points behind Roma. Their opponents on Saturday have recorded 3 wins, 3 draws and 4 losses to their name. Parma are not genuine contenders for a European spot and neither are they relegation candidates. The Ducali’s aim for this season will be to finish in the top half of the table and they now sit in 11th spot in Serie A. Team News and Tactical Brief PARMA Parma snatched a last gasp winner at home to Milan to only concede defeat to Genoa during midweek. While the Tardini based side are expected to finish in and around mid-table, they’ll view the loss against a struggling Genoa team as a disappointment. Roberto Donadoni’s side are definitely capable of producing an upset and with a few ex-Juventus players on board, motivation won’t particularly be an issue. http://markting10.nl/ With a 3-5-2 formation that mirrors Antonio Conte’s, you can expect a cagey match. Strength of Parma’s play comes from the tireless forays made by Jonathan Biabiany. The Frenchman was pursued by Juventus during the mercato, if rumors are to be believed and this season he’s showing just why he was so highly coveted. A goal and an assist each don’t do justice to the impact he’s had with his pace and ability. Lest we forget, Antonio Cassano is the creative fulcrum of the Ducali. Everything good in attack comes through the magical feet of FantAntonio. Cassano called the Juventus players ‘soldiers’ last season and certainly garnered controversy yet again. He’ll have a point to prove against the Bianconeri as will his strike partner, Amauri. The Italo-Brazilian suffered a lot during his stint at Juventus and was targeted by fans for his stale performances. He’s yet to break his duck this season and you can bet he’ll give it everything he can against his old side. Galloppa, Pavarini, Paletta and Okaka are on the treatment table. http://markting10.nl/ Possible Starting XI (3-5-2): Mirante; Cassani, Felipe, Lucarelli; Biabiany, Gargano, Marchionni, Parolo, Gobbi; Cassano, Amauri JUVENTUS With the tumultuous schedule that comes with European competition, Conte’s rotation policy has come into full effect. The manager will no doubt have an eye on the midweek Real Madrid game. It’s a game that could make or break their season and the importance of which cannot be stated enough. For now though, Parma stand in their way. http://markting10.nl/ Two home wins over lowly Genoa and Catania have gone a long way in restoring confidence after the Fiorentina and Madrid debacles. More importantly, they were two victories in which Juventus completely dominated; a throwback to Conte’s first season in Turin and managed to keep clean-sheets, a rare occurrence with the Old Lady these days. Andrea Barzagli was rested then and should start against Parma while Bonucci is expected to make way for Angelo Ogbonna. Conte confirmed the return of Fabio Quagliarella but remained uncertain about Stephan Lichtsteiner and Mirko Vucinic. Mauricio Isla will continue to deputize in Lichtsteiner’s expected absence. The much maligned Chilean put in two solid displays against Genoa and Catania and a good run of games may just be what he needs to impress the manager. Fernando Llorente could be a given a breather and start from the bench with Sebastian Giovinco partnering Carlos Tevez in attack. http://markting10.nl/ Possible Starting XI (3-5-2): Buffon; Barzagli, Ogbonna, Chiellini; Isla, Vidal, Pogba, Marchisio, Asamoah; Tevez, Giovinco Player To Watch Out For Claudio Marchisio (Juventus) The Prince of Turin has been a bit shy this season. Marchisio’s season has been rocky given the injury he suffered in the early stages of the campaign. With the ever improving Paul Pogba right on his heels, Marchisio’s form will naturally come under scrutiny. He’ll have the chance against Parma to open his account and find some form before Madrid come visiting. http://markting10.nl/ Prediction Parma 0-2 Juventus The priority for Juventus will be to get the job done as quickly as possible although they will be weary of Parma’s strength at home. But the Bianconeri are a team that has found their feet after stuttering a bit and should overwhelm the Ducali. The form book points in Juve’s direction though it will be interesting to see the resistance that Parma put up. PARMA - JUVENTUS November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi Parma vs. Juventus Preview: Round 11 — The calm before the storm Nov 1, 2013 I know what is happening on Tuesday. You know what is happening on Tuesday. Antonio Conte and his players know what is happening on Tuesday. All of us know what's at stake when Juventus take the Juventus Stadium field in three days against Real Madrid. http://markting10.nl/ There's just one thing: Real Madrid aren't Juve's immediate problem. Cristiano Ronaldo and his friends are just chillin' in the back of everybody's mind, waiting just a few hours to become the thing that everybody, no matter what age they are, will be talking about for three straight days. That's what the Champions League does to ya, folks. It makes you think about it...all... the ...time. HOWEVER... Juventus travel to the Tardini on Saturday evening to face Roberto Donadoni and Parma — who just so happen to have the same exact amount of points so far this season as a certain named AC Milan. Last weekend we had the game after the game. Now it's the game before the game. http://markting10.nl/ See how easy that is? I thought so. Thoughts about Real Madrid may be floating around. That's fair, and completely understandable. I mean, it's Real Madrid in a incredibly important Champions League game that could very well determine if Juve make it to the knockout stages or are bound for the Europa League. But, for the time being, Conte's eyes are cast solely on Parma. At least they say they are. If they actually are looking ahead, they certainly aren't making it seem that way. http://markting10.nl/ Then again, if anybody is choosing to talk Real Madrid over the game before Real Madrid, I'd like to think Conte would hit them over the head with a baseball bat just so they're able to reconfigure their thoughts. As cliche as it may sound, it's one game at a time for this Juve team right now with so many fixtures coming at such a rapid pace. That's good news. Now it's just time to prove their words are actually the truth. GOOD NEWS The simple numbers from Juventus' last three games: Eight goals scored, two goals allowed. Sure, Juve aren't playing Real Madrid every three or four days, but the numbers are the numbers. There are a handful of reasons why Conte's men are back to playing some good football. One of the biggest has to be Juve getting their goal differential figure back to one that resembles how the team has played on the field post-Fiorentina meltdown. http://markting10.nl/ BAD NEWS Maybe it's just a gut feeling, but I never assume playing Parma is a lock to win. Maybe I should feel like it is because Juventus are a pretty darn good team and have been getting better these last few games. But it's just one of those games over the years that has never been a sure thing — especially when it's at the Tardini. JuventusFC ✔ @juventusfcen Conte: Parma's a tough place to go. We've drawn twice there in the past. They're also a stronger side compared to recent seasons. #ParmaJuve See?! http://markting10.nl/ WHAT TO WATCH FOR 1. How much squad rotation there is in anticipation of Real Madrid on Tuesday. There's no denying that it's going to happen. Real Madrid is lurking a few days away and I feel safe in saying we all know the importance that comes with Tuesday night's match at Juventus Stadium. But, for now, the objective is tomorrow night against Parma. The question is this: What will the squad look like compared to the basically full-strength side that beat Cagliari 4-0 on Wednesday? The lineup will look different. To what extent, though, is still uncertain... JuventusFC ✔ @juventusfcen Conte: I've got a planned rotation policy in mind for every seven-game cycle we face. I won't tell you who's playing tomorrow though! Antonio, you can't tell us? Dammit. I thought we were friends... http://markting10.nl/ 2. Sebastian Giovinco against his former club. The majority of folks have a hunch that Sebastian Giovinco will get the start against Parma tomorrow. I don't disagree with them — especially since both Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente have handled the bulk of the minutes since Juve returned from the international break and there's a pretty important game in three days. Somebody is likely to be rested, and because there are still just four healthy strikers right now, Giovinco will almost certain step in for either one of them. And, according to Conte, the foot problem that has hampered Giovinco the last couple of weeks is much improved. Maybe I'm reading into it too much, but that quote from Conte's pre-game press conference sounds like Super Seba will be playing a little more than he has been come Saturday at his old stomping grounds. http://markting10.nl/ 3. The sudden resurgence of Mauricio Isla. When you reach the point where even some of your most staunch supporters are wondering whether or not you're fit for a club like Juventus, you know there's definitely something wrong. That was what came along with Isla a month or so ago. He was struggling — badly. He wasn't just playing like the Isla of last season, but one a step or two below that. The last couple of games, however, haven't been the disastrous or unimpressive version of Isla we've seen a good portion of his short Juve career. He hasn't been out-of-this-world good, but still productive on the right wing. And with Stephan Lichtsteiner still trying to regain some kind of full fitness, it seems like it's Isla's job to lose for the time being. I mean, we could have Marco Motta playing on a regular basis. Who wants that to happen? (Don't answer that.) http://markting10.nl/ 4. The always unpredictable brilliance of Antonio Cassano. It's hard to believe that Cassano is 31 years old. And it's hard to believe that, at the age of 31 and still in the prime of his career, Cassano and his immense talent is playing for a club destined for a mid-table finish rather than one challenging for a title. So is the career ark of one of the most gifted Italian strikers we've seen come through the ranks the past 15 years. Even though he's not at a big club anymore, it doesn't mean he's not productive. Don't believe, click on this link and look at the graphic. He may be filling out his jersey a little more than he did in the past, but he's still a dangerous player. Conte knows what's up. My starting XI (3-5-2): Buffon; Caceres, Ogbonna, Chiellini; Isla, Vidal, Pogba, Marchisio, De Ceglie; Tevez, Giovinco http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

PARMA - JUVENTUS November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi Three Things We’ve Learned From the Bianconeri So Far Nov 1, 2013 Two back-to-back losses have caused the frequent and unnecessary use of the word ‘crisis.’ “It’s a joke” muttered Conte, the manager clearly under the impression that his team aren’t in a situation that needs the pressing of the ‘Panic’ button. Such was the hyperbole thrown around that the media would have you believe that Conte was walking on eggshells. Lest we forget this was the same coach that not too long ago completely turned around the fortunes of Juventus. http://markting10.nl/ A bit of perspective thrown in and Juventus are third in the league, level on points with Napoli, goal difference the only dividing factor. Five points off the leaders Roma. The Giallorossi’s perfect record though perhaps shadows the start Napoli and Juventus have made to the season and that is understandable given their on the verge of making history. Below are three observations from Juventus’ season thus far: A Pressing Matter Great teams of the modern era have built their success on pressing. Closing down spaces in advanced positions, almost coercing your opponents into conceding possession has been the trademark of recent successes such as Bayern Munich and Barcelona. For two seasons, Juventus adopted the same method. Conte’s teams were renowned for their energy and ruthless hunting off the ball yet that very tactic that provided a path to success seems to have gotten lost. http://markting10.nl/ It’s that willingness to sacrifice for the team and to play for each other than separated Juventus from the rest yet it’s that very attitude that has gone missing. You can attribute the added number of competitions for this sudden departure of the ‘pressing’. Maybe Conte wants his team to play with less intensity so as to preserve a bit of fuel in the tank as they fight for honors on three fronts. That is certainly a justifiable alibi but they’re outings in the Champions League barring the game against Madrid too have lacked hunger and intensity while the results have been all too disappointing. Tactical Tweaks – Time To Embrace An Old Friend When Conte took charge at Juve, he arrived with a reputation as a stubborn manager unwilling to do away with his strict 4-2-4 formation. But that notion was quickly dispelled as Conte made the best out of the players available to him and quickly changed systems. Variations of a 4-2-3-1, 4-3-3 were all employed and to good effect as was attested by their historic invincible season. http://markting10.nl/ Since the Napoli game at the San Paolo though, Conte has found faith in a 3-5-2 formation. It was a system that allowed him to field 11 of his strongest players in the squad and for a while it was the talk of the town. The 3-5-2 was tailor-made for teams in Serie A, teams that don’t necessarily play with wingers. The dearth of quality full-backs probably is responsible for most teams shifting to a back three and wing-backs. ‘You make the most of what you have’, it’s a simple mantra that managers around the peninsula have obeyed. Now Europe’s a whole different ball game. A formation with no orthodox full-backs will inevitably be exposed by continental sides who boast of fierce, flashy wingers. Bayern Munich tore Juventus apart down the flanks last seasons. It was evident that a 3-5-2 would always fall short defensively against advanced technical wingers. That need to change was recognized by Conte who spoke earlier in the week of the ineffectiveness of the 3-5-2 in Europe. http://markting10.nl/ And so he embraced an old friend. The 4-3-3 came back into his life and while the result against Madrid was less than desired, the performance was encouraging. Juventus looked solid and even when they unfortunately went a man down, they rarely looked overwhelmed. The 4-3-3 offers width that the 3-5-2 lacks and as Juventus prepare themselves for three must-win games, Conte should revisit his old acquaintance to help guide his team through. Carlos Tevez – Like Casing On A Sausage The anticipation that surrounded Tevez’s arrival was almost at zenith and the expectations were massive, add in the fabled no.10 jersey he would don and you’d hope for his sake Tevez would repay the faith shown in him. And he has done so, emphatically. The sprightly Argentina has taken no time to settle in and with a return of 6 goals in 10 games, he’s risen to become a fan favorite. Tireless energy and admirable work-rate has been the theme of his career and it’s these traits that have already made him a hit in Turin. With plenty of fire in his belly, Tevez looks content with Juventus and keeping El Apache happy ensures a determined striker that on his day can wreak havoc to any defense. http://markting10.nl/ What also works in his favor is the slow yet gradual integration of Fernando Llorente. The Spanish striker is a mountain of a man and a force that is unique in Serie A. Conte has certainly taken his time in incorporating Llorente but his decision has been warranted. Llorente is slowly but surely coming up to speed, the signs were optimistic against Madrid and Genoa. Displays against Genoa and Catania will be morale boosters but these are teams you’d expect them to defeat without much fuss. There are still plenty of sterner tests to come with their most important game of the season against Real Madrid just around the corner. Instead of playing with full bellies, that hunger and humility needs to re-emerge if they are to smile at the end of what will be a very long campaign. The recent signs will encourage Conte and if his side manage to maintain that mentality, they could be on the verge of something truly special. http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

PARMA - JUVENTUS November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi How Juventus Will Line Up Against Parma Nov 1, 2013 Juventus were back to winning ways against Catania with a stunning 4-0 victory on Wednesday. http://markting10.nl/ Roma continue to march on, but the Bianconeri are hanging in there and remain just five points behind the Giallorossi. Parma pose a threat to the Old Lady this weekend after their sensational victory over Milan with Marco Parolo's last-minute golazo. Antonio Conte's slight rotation was not costly, as Paul Pogba, Andrea Barzagli and Kwadwo Asamoah sat on the bench. http://markting10.nl/ Some solid performances from Martin Caceres, Mauricio Isla and Paolo De Ceglie helped to keep squad members sharp against the Elefanti. More changes could be instilled by Conte with an eye on the Champions League encounter against Real Madrid next week. Leonardo Bonucci could swap places with Barzagli and take a rest ahead of the mouthwatering clash with Los Merengues at the Juventus Stadium. http://markting10.nl/ The ball-playing centre-back hit the headlines midweek as Italian newspaper giornalaccio rosa dello Sport reported that the player was caught speeding in his Ferrari by police, but it appeared as if there were no ramifications at Juve, as Bonucci kept his place on Wednesday. Bonucci could be kept fresh for Cristiano Ronaldo et al. next week, with Angelo Ogbonna stepping into the line-up. In the engine room, Conte continues to swap and change among his four masterful centre-midfielders and Andrea Pirlo's game time appears to have begun to be managed more carefully. http://markting10.nl/ The regista could pave the way for Pogba to step back into the side as Conte continues to search for the best possible combination from his wealth of options. The wide areas also have plenty of competition for places, and the Chilean Isla could earn another start as he gradually settles into life at Juve after his debut season was marred by injuries. Asamoah could reclaim a place, though, with De Ceglie not doing enough to hold off the Ghanaian on the left of midfield. http://markting10.nl/ The competition for places is great to see, but with their place in the knock-out phase of the Champions League in jeopardy, that extra depth might not be needed when the final months of the season come around. Fernando Llorente has been good, if not spectacular, while Fabio Quagliarella and Mirko Vucinic have been injured—both of whom could stake claims to start ahead of the Spaniard when fit. The former Athletic star is under fierce competition from Sebastian Giovinco, with Formica Atomica offering more fluidity and athleticism next to Carlos Tevez. http://markting10.nl/ Further rotation could be risky with the gap at the top already five points and Napoli level on points with them, too, but their precarious position in Europe has forced the coach's hand. Expected XI Gianluigi Buffon; Andrea Barzagli, Angelo Ogbonna, Giorgio Chiellini; Mauricio Isla, Paul Pogba, Arturo Vidal, Claudio Marchisio, Kwadwo Asamoah; Sebastian Giovinco, Carlos Tevez. http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

PARMA - JUVENTUS November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi Preview: Parma vs. Juventus Nov 1, 2013 Juventus visit Parma in Serie A this weekend hoping to keep up the pressure on league leaders Roma, who are yet to drop a point. http://markting10.nl/ The Old Lady head into the game in third place, five points behind the table toppers, and level with Napoli directly above them. Antonio Conte's side thumped Catania 4-0 in their last league outing, stringing together back-to-back wins to remain in contention at the right end of the table. Parma go into the match in 11th place after slumping to a 1-0 reverse at Genoa in their last outing, failing to build on an impressive 3-2 win over AC Milan the week before. PARMA - JUVENTUS November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi Parma squad for Juve Nov 1, 2013 Roberto Donadoni has named his 23-man Parma squad for the match against Juventus on Saturday. http://markting10.nl/ The Crociati play the Bianconeri tomorrow looking for the three points that would move them up to joint seventh in the table. But they will do so without goalkeeper Nicola Pavarini, defender Gabriel Paletta, Daniele Galloppa in midfield and striker Stefano Okaka - who all miss the match through injury. http://markting10.nl/ Youth team goalkeeper Diego Rossetto has been named however, Parma squad to play Juventus: Amauri, Bajza, Benalouane, Biabiany, Cassani, Cassano, Felipe, Gargano, Gobbi, Lucarelli, Marchionni, Mendes, Mesbah, Mirante, Munari, Obi, Palladino, Parolo, Rosi, Rossetto, Sansone, Valdes. http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

PARMA - JUVENTUS November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi MATCH PREVIEW Nov 1, 2013 Juventus have found form ahead of a defining week that starts with a trip to Parma. http://markting10.nl/ After defeats to Fiorentina and Real Madrid, Juventus are back to their ruthless best. Saturday's 2-0 win over Genoa was followed by a 4-0 hammering of Catania on Wednesday. “We put together two positive performances and we needed to keep two clean sheets in a row,” insisted Coach Antonio Conte. His delight at the clean sheets is understandable. Before facing Genoa, Juventus had kept just two in all competitions. http://markting10.nl/ With Carlos Tevez scoring freely - he has six in 13 - and the Bianconeri tighter defensively, seven days that include ties with Real Madrid and Napoli can be faced head on. Understandably, Conte will rotate to face Parma. Andrea Pirlo, Leonardo Bonucci and Fernando Llorente are rested, with Mauricio Isla, Angelo Ogbonna and Sebastian Giovinco - against his former club - starting. The Ducali, however, should not be underestimated. Roberto Donadoni's side save their best for the big games. A draw at Fiorentina and victory over Milan are testament to that. http://markting10.nl/ Frustrating defeats to the likes of Hellas Verona and Genoa, however, have prevented Parma from pushing on. At the Stadio Ennio Tardini, they are strong. Only Roma have left victorious. Even then, Parma at least scored - a feat no other side has managed as yet against the Giallorossi. It's a stadium where Juventus have tended to struggle. Their last victory their came in 2010. Hasan Salihamidžić was amongst the scorers in a 2-1 win. With such demanding fixtures to come, a more favourable opposition would have been welcomed. Donadoni's motivated and well drilled side guarantee an uncomfortable 90 minutes. http://markting10.nl/ Amongst his expected line-up are four former Juventini - Antonio Mirante, Mattia Cassani, Marco Marchionni and Amauri. All have a point to prove, particularly the latter. Amauri may yet to have scored, but he has attacked the new season with renewed vigour. Alongside Antonio Cassano - a frontline that Juventus tried to formulate in the past - he is part of a partnership that seems well suited. Keep an eye on: Antonio Cassano (Parma) - Had former sporting director Alessio Secco got his way, Cassano may well have been lining up for Juventus on Saturday. Parma will be glad he's not. The 31-year-old is back to his best this term. A player who thrives as a big fish in a smaller pond, Cassano fits well with the Ducali. His four goals and three assists have led to suggestion of an Azzurri return. http://markting10.nl/ Form Guide: Parma (D W L W L) Juventus (W W L W W) Last season: Parma 1-1 Juventus Stat fact: Juventus have won just once in five visits to the Stadio Ennio Tardini. PARMA (probable): Mirante; Cassani, Felipe, Lucarelli; Biabiany, Gargano, Marchionni, Parolo, Gobbi; Cassano, Amauri JUVENTUS (probable): Buffon; Barzagli, Ogbonna, Chiellini; Isla, Pogba, Vidal, Marchisio, Asamoah; Tevez, Giovinco http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

PARMA - JUVENTUS November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi Parma-Juventus Preview: Donadoni's side on a high after AC Milan heroics Marco Parolo's last-minute strike secured a 3-2 win over the Rossoneri last time out and the reigning champions have not won at Ennio Tardini since January 2010. Nov 1, 2013 Juventus go back on the road to face Parma after responding well to their first Serie A defeat of the season in their previous away match. http://markting10.nl/ Antonio Conte's men recorded convincing home wins over Genoa and Catania to undo some of the damage inflicted upon them by the 4-2 loss at Fiorentina, when they surrendered a two-goal half-time lead. That result saw the champions lose ground on Serie A leaders Roma but their overall form, which has seen them drop just five points from the 30 available, still has them in a strong position heading into Saturday's match. And their response to the setback has been impressive, with six goals scored in the previous two games without reply - while only Roma and Inter can better Juve's haul of 22 strikes this term. http://markting10.nl/ Parma's home record has bailed them out of trouble after Roberto Donadoni's charges kicked off the campaign with a four-match winless run. A three-game winning streak at the Stadio Ennio Tardini - including a dramatic 3-2 triumph over AC Milan - has lifted them to the relative safety of mid-table, but they have not beaten this weekend's visitors in the last four meetings. Parma have fared relatively well against Juve on home soil in their two most recent title-winning seasons, holding them to a goalless stalemate in the 2011-12 campaign and a 1-1 draw last term. http://markting10.nl/ Juve's last win in Parma came in January 2010, when a Paolo Castellini own goal sealed a 2-1 victory for the visitors. The hosts will look to Marco Parolo for inspiration, with the 28-year-old midfielder having scored five of their 16 league goals, including a double in the win over the Rossoneri. Neither side has any fresh injury concerns, with Fabio Quagliarella and Mirko Vucinic unlikely to return from their thigh injuries for Juventus. Carlos Tevez and Arturo Vidal - with seven and eight goals apiece in all competitions this season - will look to carry the Bianconeri threat. http://markting10.nl/ Head to Head Serie A - Jan 13, 2013 - Parma 1 - 1 Juventus Serie A - Aug 25, 2012 - Juventus 2 - 0 Parma Serie A - Feb 15, 2012 - Parma 0 - 0 Juventus Serie A - Sep 11, 2011 - Juventus 4 - 1 Parma Serie A - May 15, 2011 - Parma 1 - 0 Juventus Last Five Matches PARMA Oct 30, 2013 - Genoa 1 - 0 Parma 0 - Serie A Oct 27, 2013 - Parma 3 - 2 AC Milan - Serie A Oct 20, 2013 - Hellas Verona 3 - 2 Parma - Serie A Oct 6, 2013 - Parma 3 - 1 Sassuolo - Serie A Sep 30, 2013 - Fiorentina 2 - 2 Parma - Serie A JUVENTUS Oct 30, 2013 - Juventus 4 - 0 Catania - Serie A Oct 27, 2013 - Juventus 2 - 0 Genoa - Serie A Oct 23, 2013 - Real Madrid CF 2 - 1 Juventus - UCL Oct 20, 2013 - Fiorentina 4 - 2 Juventus - Serie A Oct 6, 2013 - Juventus 3 - 2 AC Milan - Serie A http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

London duo to offer for Pogba Nov 1, 2013 Reports in the British Press this evening suggest that Arsenal and Chelsea could test Juventus’ mettle over Paul Pogba. http://markting10.nl/ President Andrea Agnelli admitted that the club would have to listen to any big offers that came in for the France international. And the Daily Express have claimed that the Premier League sides may table bids of €45m for the 20-year-old in January. http://markting10.nl/ The Bianconeri are in the process of offering Pogba a new deal with the side, but that won’t stop the London teams trying to lure the midfielder back to the Premier League.

PARMA - JUVENTUS November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi Donadoni expects focused Juve Nov 1, 2013 Parma boss Roberto Donadoni doesn’t feel Juventus’ Champions League tie against Real Madrid will offer his side any advantage on Saturday. http://markting10.nl/ Juve boss Antonio Conte is set to rest players ahead of Tuesday’s vital encounter, but Donadoni is expecting a strong Old Lady – no matter who plays. “They have a match against Real Madrid coming up, but they need to face us first,” the former Italy boss stated at Collecchio today. “They are having a great season. They have been the best team over the last two years as the statistics show. http://markting10.nl/ “They have such a quality squad that making changes to their side won’t harm them. But we have to think of ourselves.” Parma will go into the Tardini clash on the back of a 3-2 win over Milan and a 1-0 loss at Genoa in midweek. “We have a healthy anger right now because we did not deserve to lose at Genoa, even if we know that we need to do more. http://markting10.nl/ “We need a high level performance, expressing ourselves to the maximum right now. We’re in good shape, I made five changes on Wednesday and I think I’ll have a full squad to choose from.” Juventus are set to face former forward Amauri. “Amauri has not scored yet, but what he is showing on a daily basis in training is satisfying me. But it won’t be his game, it will be everyone’s.” http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

PARMA - JUVENTUS November 2, 2013 - 6:00 PM Ennio Tardini Stadium — Parma Referee: Domenico Celi Juventus rest Bonucci for Parma Nov 1, 2013 Leonardo Bonucci has been left out of the Juventus squad for the trip to Parma to save him for the Real Madrid encounter. http://markting10.nl/ The stopper has been given an opportunity to catch his breath given that Giorgio Chiellini will be suspended for Tuesday’s Champions League tie. Bonucci should be replaced in the starting XI at the Tardini on Saturday by summer signing Angelo Ogbonna. http://markting10.nl/ Fabio Quagliarella, meanwhile, is once again at the disposal of boss Antonio Conte after his recent muscle strain. Nedved: Tevez is a phenomenon The former Ballon d'Or winner says the Argentine would have fit right in alongside him in the Bianconeri side that won back-to-back titles a decade ago. Nov 1, 2013 Juventus legend Pavel Nedved has described current fan favourite Carlos Tevez as "a phenomenon". http://markting10.nl/ The Argentine has proven a revelation since joining the Bianconeri from Manchester City in the summer, scoring six goals in his first 10 Serie A games. And Nedved has been more taken with the heart, desire and grit displayed by Tevez, "a champion" the Czech feels would have been a worthy addition to the Juve side that won back-to-back titles a decade ago. "He's a phenomenon," the former Ballon d'Or winner told Tuttosport. "For what he puts on the field, he reminds myself and Conte of our times. http://markting10.nl/ "When we got him from City, we knew we could move forward with security. Carlitos is a phenomenon; we never had any doubts about him, and the results are confirming why. "He is leader. Could he play with us in our great Juve team? Certainly: he's a champion. He's irresistible when he gets to chase the ball: he never gives up." Nedved won the Ballon d'Or in 2003, the year of Juve's second successive Scudetto.
