May 22, 2011 Juventus president Andrea Agnelli has expressed his frustration with the Italian Football Federation's (Figc) reluctance to respond to their request to return the two Scudetto titles that were taken away from them in the wake of the Calciopoli scandal. Figc stripped Juve of their 2005 and 2006 crowns because of their involvement in the scandal, but the Turin side asked for the honours to be returned in October 2010 as new evidence showed that Inter were also involved in the affair. "If the FIGC takes more than a year to respond to our considerations, then maybe they don't have a clear conscience," Agnelli revealed on his official Twitter account. The 2005 Scudetto was taken away from Juventus, but not awarded to another team, while the 2006 title eventually went to Inter, much to the dismay of Agnelli. Agnelli told an annual general meeting of the Turin giants last year: "We have requested the 2006 Scudetto be revoked from Inter and we have had sufficient guarantees from the federation that we will shortly have an answer, which we await with confidence."
