Mar 7, 2012 With only one defeat in their last nine matches, Bologna will prove stubborn opponents for Juventus this evening. Despite them lying in 14th position, the congested nature of the Serie A table means they are as close to a European position as they are to the relegation zone. Juve of course remain unbeaten, but four draws from their last seven matches has seen them fall three points behind leaders AC Milan. With the Rossoneri not playing until the weekend in Serie A because of Champions League commitments, tonight is the perfect opportunity for Juve to close the gap. Given the relative standings of the two sides, the 8/11 (1.72) offered by Bet365 for an away win could possibly be worth some consideration. Bologna meantime are offered at 4/1 (5.00) to win the game, and it is worth remembering that this is a side which went to San Siro a few weeks ago and beat Inter 3-0, albeit Claudio Ranieri's side have been a shadow of the team of recent years. If you think they might repeat that kind of victory then the 7/1 (8.00) for them to win without conceding could be worth considering. Drawing 1-1 with the Mussi Volanti on Saturday, the Bianconeri were left three points behind Milan in the battle for top spot, albeit with a game in hand and the superior head-to-head record over the Rossoneri. Ahead of playing that game in hand with Bologna on Wednesday, Conte has dismissed the suggestion that his or his players’ mood has dipped after the weekend frustration. “My question is this - why should I get depressed for an extraordinary League campaign that we are producing?” Conte asked on Tuesday to the assembled media. “Contrary, we think only of doing our best, we think how we can give everything, myself first. “Until now, this effort had led us to become competitive again, to be respected on the field again, to be feared again, to find opponents that give 150 per cent to try to beat us, to find teams that still try to beat us. “This is all because of our maximum effort, so I see no reason for depression. The Nerazzurri won five consecutive Serie A titles from 2006 until 2010, but have been struggling to find their best form this term as they sit seventh in the table. Stefano Sorrentino si schermisce così a fine partita, sviando la domanda sul Chievo terzo incomodo nella corsa allo scudetto, perché se ormai ai gialloblù mancano soltanto due vittorie per raggiungere quota 40, la Juventus, al 12esimo pareggio stagionale e al quarto nelle ultime 5 uscite, vede allontanarsi il Milan a +3. Chiamata a rispondere sul campo alla razzia compiuta dai rossoneri a Palermo nel primo anticipo di giornata, la Juventus si illude con l'effimero vantaggio siglato da De Ceglie (al suo primo gol in Serie A) al 18', senza, però, riuscire a domare un Chievo sceso in campo a Torino senza il minimo timore reverenziale, sulle ali dell'entusiasmo spiegate dopo due vittorie consecutive che hanno migliorato, e non poco, la posizione in classifica della formazione di Di Carlo. DE CEGLIE: PRIMO GOL... IN FUORIGIOCO - Dopo un primo momento di marca interamente bianconera, il Chievo prende presto le misure alla Juventus, proponendosi spesso sulle fasce per cercare gli inserimenti di Paloschi e Thereau che, con Sammarco, svolgono un grandissimo lavoro in sostituzione dell'assente Pellissier. La rete del vantaggio bianconero arriva, al 18', sugli sviluppi di una punizione calciata da Pirlo: Chiellini spizza di testa e colpisce il palo, De Ceglie è lì per la ribattuta, ma si trova in posizione irregolare al momento dell'incornata del compagno. Il gol subito non provoca, però, contraccolpi negativi in casa gialloblù: il Chievo continua a fare la propria partita sprecando una grande occasione con Thereau (che scivola davanti a Buffon dopo un liscio sanguinoso di Chiellini) e sfiorando poi l'incrocio dei pali con Sammarco al termine di una bellissima azione in contropiede. Nel mezzo, Sorrentino si esalta su Padoin, allungandosi in tuffo sulla destra per deviare una conclusione velenosissima dalla distanza dell'ex-atalantino. DRAME': DALL'ESPULSIONE SCAMPATA AL GOL - Secondo tempo: pronti, via e sono subito storie tese fra Vucinic e Dramé. Il senegalese, immediatamente ammonito, viene poi graziato da Gervasoni dopo aver agganciato scioccamente da tergo il montenegrino che, a sua volta, riceverà la compassione arbitrale dopo aver rifilato un calcione allo stesso laterale del Chievo. Poi è Sorrentino a dispensare il secondo miracolo della serata, al 59', ancora su Padoin, allungando d'istinto il piede su una conclusione da posizione ancora più favorevole. Di Carlo rivoluziona allora il reparto offensivo inserendo Hetemaj e Moscardelli, e l'ex-attaccante del Piacenza crea subito scompiglio: prima sfiora il palo su cross di Dramé, poi, al 76', innesca l'azione che porterà al pareggio, andando via a due avversari sulla destra e toccando poi all'indietro in mezzo all'area di rigore. Il pallone sembra sfilare via in zona morta, ma ancora l'inesauribile Dramé arriva da dietro in gran carriera e spara di prima intenzione dal limite dell'area di rigore: Buffon non ci arriva, Bonucci sì, ma la sua goffa respinta davanti alla riga di porta non impedisce alla sfera di gonfiare la rete. ULTIMO ASSALTO CON ALEX, E TERZO MIRACOLO DI SORRENTINO - Conte si gioca la carta Del Piero per l'ultimo quarto d'ora in cui la Juventus prova a mettere il Chievo alle corde: Alex reclama per una leggera trattenuta di Hetemaj all'84' con Gervasoni che gli fa segno di rialzarsi, ma è Sorrentino ancora una volta protagonista nel finale quando, nel primo dei 5' di recupero, riesce a respingere un tiro dalla traiettoria serpeggiante di Pirlo dalla distanza. Nel finale i bianconeri scoppiano, lasciando enormi varchi al Chievo che, più preoccupato di far passare i secondi sul cronometro, non riesce a sfruttare: l'unica fiammata è il colpo di biliardo cercato da Thereau, che prova un pallonetto difficilissimo dalla trequarti scorgendo Buffon un po' fuori dai pali, ma alla fine saranno proprio i gialloblù a chiudere palla al piede gestendo l'ultimo minuto con la Juve a rincorrere.
