  1. Serie A | Juventus 2-0 Monza: Victory despite Yildiz moment of madness Juventus got back on track with Nico Gonzalez and Randal Kolo Muani goals, but played the entire second half against Monza down to 10 men after Kenan Yildiz saw red for violent conduct. ............ Kolo Muani’s acrobatic volley stung Stefano Turati’s gloves at the back post, while Samuele Birindelli failed to make the most of a promising counter-attack. The deadlock was broken when Nico Gonzalez gathered down the right in midfield, cut inside and hit a low drive into the far bottom corner with his left boot from a long way outside the penalty area. ............ Manuel Locatelli started the move by winning it back in midfield, Khephren Thuram surged forward and spread it down the left for Kolo Muani to sweep into the far bottom corner with the inside of the right boot. However, the game changed in first half stoppages when Kenan Yildiz was caught on camera looking at Alessandro Bianco before raising the elbow to his face in an off the ball incident. He did not even protest when shown the red card following a VAR On-Field Review, leaving Juventus down to 10 men. ............ Renato Veiga used his face to charge down a Gianluca Caprari screamer, as Monza put together a series of crosses without much final product. . 2. Juventus win but lose Yildiz to a red card against Monza Juve defeated Monza 2-0 in Serie A this evening as they got back to winning ways after their loss to Parma. ............ The men in black and white knew they had to make a statement. They began the match strongly and it did not take them long to get ahead through Nicolas Gonzalez. The Argentinian had been in need of a goal and Juve were toying with the Monza defence, with Randal Kolo Muani going close shortly afterwards. The Frenchman would soon be rewarded as he slotted in a superb effort to get back among the goals and repay his manager for handing him a rare start. Juve dominated the game from the beginning to the end of the first half, showing why they are considered the bigger team. However, Kenan Yildiz was sent off just before the break. ............ The Bianconeri began the second half strongly as well, even though the Monza team grew in confidence. They were prepared for any tactic Monza attempted to use to get a goal back. ............ Being a man down limited what Juve could have achieved, but they remained solid at the back and secured another important win. . 3.
