BOLOGNA 0 - 2 JUVENTUS Arturo Vidal (12′) Giorgio Chiellini (90′) December 6, 2013 - 8:45 PM Renato Dall’Ara Stadium — Bologna Referee: Paolo Silvio Mazzoleni Attendance: 21000 Conte 'really happy' after win Dec 6, 2013 Juventus Coach Antonio Conte admitted he was ‘really happy’ after their 2-0 win over Bologna on Friday. http://markting10.nl/ “We have strong players, but also an organisation which is the bedrock of our game,” he told reporters after Arturo Vidal and Giorgio Chiellini gave the Bianconeri all three points. “Everyone knows the job they have to do, and it’s logical that, given the quality we have, everything becomes more straightforward. “The nicest thing for me is seeing that the team are capable of playing at the same levels even after I’ve made five changes. http://markting10.nl/ “I'm really happy with all the lads and I knew whoever I picked would have put in a great performance. Everyone works in the same way during training because all my players need to be ready for action. “When you're a goal ahead and have the chance to kill the game off, you need to, because anything can happen. “If we think about Llorente’s missed opportunity, with the game stretched, and the risk we took in allowing them to come back at us on the counter, we can see how dangerous failure to close the game is.” http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

BOLOGNA 0 - 2 JUVENTUS Arturo Vidal (12′) Giorgio Chiellini (90′) December 6, 2013 - 8:45 PM Renato Dall’Ara Stadium — Bologna Referee: Paolo Silvio Mazzoleni Attendance: 21000 Chiellini: We wanted to win at all costs The defender scored in stoppage time to cap off another league victory for the Bianconeri, and praised his side for their winning mentality throughout a difficult game. Dec 6, 2013 Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini was proud to see his side refuse to accept anything less than victory during their 2-0 win over Bologna on Friday. http://markting10.nl/ The reigning Serie A champion moved a provisional six points clear at the top of the table with the result, ahead of second-placed Roma's big clash against Fiorentina on Sunday. And Chiellini, who scored the second goal of the game at the death after Arturo Vidal's opener, explained that his side were focused solely on getting three points right from the first whistle. "We started off really well, and showed from the offset that we wanted to win," he said to Sky Sport Italia. http://markting10.nl/ "It was a difficult game today. Bologna have the likes of [Alessandro] Diamanti, so we knew that they would be dangerous. "But we wanted to win at all costs, and we did." Juve’s next match is a crucial trip to Istanbul to face Galatasaray in the Champions League, with the Bianconeri needing to avoid defeat to assure themselves of a spot in the knockout stages. http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

BOLOGNA 0 - 2 JUVENTUS Arturo Vidal (12′) Giorgio Chiellini (90′) December 6, 2013 - 8:45 PM Renato Dall’Ara Stadium — Bologna Referee: Paolo Silvio Mazzoleni Attendance: 21000 Player Ratings Antonio Conte's side left it late to secure the points as both sides spurned a host of chances at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara on Friday. Dec 6, 2013 BOLOGNA Gianluca Curci - Had to be on his toes inside the opening 100 seconds as he was forced to tip away Isla's dangerous cross. Didn't have a chance with Vidal's goal but kept Juve at bay for large periods with both brave and bizarre pieces of goalkeeping. Almost kept out Chiellini's header too. Archimede Morleo - Was dragged into defensive duties in the opening period, having to track Isla up and down the right flank. Was allowed to press forward in the second period but his delivery often disappointed and he missed a glorious chance to head home a late equaliser. Mikael Antonsson - Positioning proved a problem as Juventus players found space right in behind the Bologna back three time and time again. Didn't pick up Llorente at all in the second period, relying on his keeper's instincts and good fortune to get him off the hook. Gyorgy Garics - Got back superbly to clear Marchisio's shot off the line but will have been deflated to see the net bulge just moments later. Didn't get forward in the sam way his team-mate on the opposite flank did, preoccupied by the dangerous Peluso. Cesare Natali - Showed great defensive intuition early on to dispossess Vucinic. Struggled with balls over the top and had to be rescued by team-mate Krhin on a couple of occassions. Could only watch as Chiellini rose above him to nod home the second. Andrea Mantovani - Went in hard early on as he tried to mark his territory but only succeeded in picking up a booking. Found Quagliarella a handful at the best of times and looked leggy on the arrival of Tevez. Rene Krhin - Wasted one of Bologna's better opportunities from open play as he blazed over when the ball sat up kindly for him from Diamanti's corner. The deepest of the midfielders, lost runners too often in the middle of the park, most notably Marchisio, who had a number of decent chances. Diego Pérez - Ineffective throughout the first half as Bologna struggled to cope with Juve's congested midfield. Found himself coming back to help out defensively but ineffective against the high ball. Subbed at the break. Panagiotis Kone - Showed an appetite to mix it with the big guys at the back for Juve as he regularly took on Ogbonna and Chiellini, with decidedly mixed results. Tried to offer Diamanti support in the centre but was often turned down as the Italian drove on himself. Rolando Bianchi - An extremely frustrating evening for the former Manchester City man who was largely a spectator throughout. Registered one shot on target and not many more touches as his decent movement went unnoticed by his team-mates. Alessandro Diamanti - Took a clattering from Peluso in the first half as Juve's tough tacklers singled him out for some rough treatment. Tested Buffon with a long range free kick that gave the Italian No.1 a bit to think about. Appeared a one-man team at times as he created the vast majority of anything promising his side had to offer. http://markting10.nl/ Substitutions Diego Laxalt - The Inter loanee came on at the break for fellow countryman Perez but suffered the same problem of being given largely defensive duties. Denis Alibec - Came on too late to make an impact. Jonathan Cristaldo - Came on late and almost equalised with a low effort dragged just wide of Buffon's far post. http://markting10.nl/ JUVENTUS Gianluigi Buffon - Tested in the opening period a couple of times by the left boot of Diamanti. His cleansheet was never properly tested though, as a few heart-in-mouth moments came and went. Andrea Barzagli - As part of the central defensive three-piece he was perhaps the least sturdy, but that was largely down to his desire to get forward, for which he had plenty of enthusiasm for, if no end product. Angelo Ogbonna - Strong in the air as ever, the former Torino defender looked to emulate the absent Pirlo at points with some audacious long range passing. It never really paid off, but he stuck to the task at hand well. Giorgio Chiellini - Secure at the back as the visitor's back three gave Buffon one of his quietest games in goal. Rolando Bianchi may just have well been in the stands as Chiellini and Co. didn't give him a sniff. Rose well for the second goal. Mauricio Isla - His own first half performance seemed to mimic that of his own side as he started brightly, before picking up a silly booking and then foraging forward just before the break. Was less active down the flank in the second period as Bologna threatened to make a game of it. Arturo Vidal - Took his goal expertly as he controlled Peluso's pass before dinking the ball over the onrushing Curci. Had the chance to add a second before the break but couldn't reach the ball with the goal gaping. Continued to probe in the second half but without the same results. Paul Pogba - A surprisingly quiet night for the Frenchman as Juve struggled to get the ball down and play. Spent more time vying for aerial dominance in midfield than with the ball at his feet and rarely showed the urgency he usually does to get forward. Claudio Marchisio - Should have opened his Serie A account for the season but was denied by Kone's goal-line clearance after Curci was beaten all ends up. Not a great evening as he spurned further chances, got booked and almost had to go off on a stretcher in stoppage time. Federico Peluso - Showed great composure and awareness to pick out Vidal for the opening goal. Caused problems down the left as he looked to link with the midfield running in behind. Was booked though and had to come off as he threatened to pick up a second yellow. Mirko Vučinić - A hugely disappointing evening for the Montenegrin as he was given the chance to prove himself ahead of Tevez and Llorente but ultimately couldn't take it. Denied an early opportunity by a vital Natali challenge, he didn't make it to the break as injury forced him off. Fabio Quagliarella - Sent a vicious effort dipping over the crossbar in the early stages as Juve pushed for the opener. Was largely frustrating though as he wasted numerous opportunities from set pieces, continuously firing into the wall. http://markting10.nl/ Substitutions Kwadwo Asamoah - Almost made an instant impact but was flagged for offside after finding the net. Always posed a threat with his pace. Carlos Tévez - A brief a cameo but a telling one as he set up the all-important second goal and hounded the Bologna back-line with some tenacious work. Fernando Llorente - Got into the right places but his finishing let him down and on another day he could genuinely have been walking away with the match ball. http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

BOLOGNA 0 - 2 JUVENTUS Arturo Vidal (12′) Giorgio Chiellini (90′) December 6, 2013 - 8:45 PM Renato Dall’Ara Stadium — Bologna Referee: Paolo Silvio Mazzoleni Attendance: 21000 Bologna 0-2 Juventus: 6 Things We Learned Dec 6, 2013 Juventus secured a vital 2-0 victory away at Bologna on Friday ahead of next week's Champions League. http://markting10.nl/ The Bianconeri dominated the Felsinei throughout, but only Arturo Vidal's goal could separate the sides until Giorgio Chiellini's late header added a justifiably greater margin between the sides. The Old Lady now move on to next week's massive clash with Galatasaray seeking to secure qualification to the last 16 of the tournament. Here are six things we learned from Friday's clash at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara. http://markting10.nl/ Juve Are in Perfect Shape Ahead of Biggest Game of the Season vs. Galatasaray Juventus set up next week's clash with Galatasaray with an efficient performance and victory over Bologna. The 2-0 win set them up brilliantly for next week, built on a solid defence that laid the foundation for Juve's formidable midfield to control the game. http://markting10.nl/ With Leonardo Bonucci to come back into the side, Juve will be even stronger due to the former Bari defender's ability to distribute from the back. After opening a gap of six points at the top of the league, Juve do not even need to acknowledge any of the Serie A action over the weekend. A run of six league wins in succession has fixed their small blip and given them the stability to shift focus to Europe next week. http://markting10.nl/ Pogba Has the Potential to Hold the Fort While Pirlo Is out Paul Pogba assumed the role that Andrea Pirlo occupies when he is in the Juve side, and the Frenchman performed admirably in his new found position. The Frenchman, usually so mobile and athletic, was disciplined and mature in his positioning, screening the back three and providing a platform for the likes of Arturo Vidal to shine. http://markting10.nl/ By playing Pirlo's position, Juve lose that storming drive from Pogba's game, but Vidal's engine and Claudio Marchisio's neat and tidy work ensure that Juve can still control matters, while maintaining a threat from their midfield runners in transition. Conte will be pleased with the opening game since Pirlo's injury, and considering the absence is predicted to be for a good while yet, Pogba can only grow into the role. http://markting10.nl/ Arturo Vidal Deserves New Contract Arturo Vidal recently signed a new bumper contract that will keep him at the Juventus Stadium until 2017 (per Sky Sports). The Chilean continues to justify such an offer made by Juventus just months after the last extension for the former Bayer Leverkusen midfielder. http://markting10.nl/ A wonderfully timed run and a cool finish gave Juve the lead and boosted his reputation as the best goalscoring midfielder in Italy. Now with 11 league goals, El Guerrero trumps Marek Hamsik with six goals, Borja Valero with five, Marco Parolo with five, Kevin Strootman with three and Fredy Guarin with two. Juve will be delighted to know the most complete midfielder in Europe will remain in black and white for a good while yet. http://markting10.nl/ The Wide Options Continue to Flatter to Deceive Juve's wide men continue to offer very little to the cause and despite persistent opportunities, none of them can persuade Antonio Conte that they deserve a permanent place in the team or that new signings are not necessary. Sure, Federico Peluso was involved in the build-up for Vidal's opener, but he is vulnerable when backed up and asked to defend against quick players who can both dribble and knock the ball past him and beat him for pace. Simone Padoin and Mauricio Isla have received ample chances on the right in Stephan Lichtsteiner's absence through injury. http://markting10.nl/ It is a wonder as to why Martin Caceres has not been given more time to make this role his own. Paolo De Ceglie possesses more power and drive from the left, in a similar manner to Kwadwo Asamoah, who occupies the left-sided role for the time being, but the Italian is clearly not fancied by the coach. The Ghanaian Asamoah more or less holds on to his place by default moving forward and Lichtsteiner will coast back into the XI when he regains his fitness. http://markting10.nl/ Tevez and Llorente Will Now Be Raring to Go Against Gala Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente made way for Mirko Vucinic and Fabio Quagliarella on Friday against Bologna. While Llorente did not receive the longest rest due to Vucinic's first half injury, Tevez was only needed for the final 20 minutes, meaning both of them should be ready to cause havoc against Galatasaray on Tuesday. The partnership has blossomed in recent weeks and it has such versatility that Juve will be able to alter their attacking approach multiple times during the game. http://markting10.nl/ Given that Andrea Pirlo will be injured and Claudio Marchisio will make his way back into the side once more, Il Principino will be able to combine with the strike force at close quarters on a more regular basis than the midfield trident usually do. Marchisio's tendency to shift the ball quickly in and around the area should benefit Tevez in particular, creating numerous opportunities with his clever movement. With the winning result secured, Conte will be delighted that it was achieved without the full exertions of his starting forwards, who will both be ready to fire Juve into the last 16 of the Champions League in Matchday 6 next week. http://markting10.nl/ Juve Will Qualify for the Last 16 of the Champions League Juventus have proven over the past few weeks and continued to justify every fan who believes that they will avoid defeat against Galatasaray and qualify for the last 16 of the Champions League. The defence is rock solid and will be particularly difficult to break down for the Turkish champions. With Leonardo Bonucci's distribution returning to the side next week, Juve will be able to launch counter-attacks when Gala push for the lead that they must take in order to qualify themselves. http://markting10.nl/ Stephan Lichtsteiner should be ready to return, and his consistent delivery will be welcomed back, especially with the option of lifting the ball up for Fernando Llorente to attack. Kwadwo Asamoah is rested nicely and despite his defensive frailties, his attacking instincts and incredible pace and stamina should pin Emanuel Eboue back. With Llorente and Carlos Tevez set to resume their flourishing partnership as well, it is improbable that Gala will be able to outscore Juve next week, meaning the Old Lady will have Champions League football in the new year. http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

BOLOGNA 0 - 2 JUVENTUS Arturo Vidal (12′) Giorgio Chiellini (90′) December 6, 2013 - 8:45 PM Renato Dall’Ara Stadium — Bologna Referee: Paolo Silvio Mazzoleni Attendance: 21000 Seventh consecutive win, seventh consecutive clean sheet Dec 6, 2013 It wasn't the most exquisite of performances but as Juventus has been teaching us this season, they don't need to be at their best to defeat most of the teams in Serie A. Stefano Pioli's men showed heart in their attempts to find an equaliser to Juve's early goal and even gambled with their tactics, but they did'’t do enough. The Bianconeri won 2-0. Seven consecutive wins, seven consecutive clean sheets. http://markting10.nl/ In many ways you have to applaud a Juve side that managed yet another win despite resting their usual striking duo, Leonardo Bonucci and the familiar wing-backs. Essentially, five of the preferred starting XI (do note, Stephan Lichtsteiner has only just recovered from injury) were benched, yet Juventus started strongly, managing the goal and exposing the weaknesses in Bologna's defence. Noting the fragility of the Rossoblu defence, Antonio Conte opted to start Mirko Vucinic and Fabio Quagliarella in hopes that their constant movement would overwhelm the opposition. With defenders being dragged out of position and gaps exposed, it was a perfect game for Juve's runners from midfield. Claudio Marchisio had a superb time exploiting the spaces and making the right runs to push forward even if the final ball and finish left a lot to be desired. The Old Lady started strongly, creating chance after chance as they rotated the ball. Playing at a high tempo, the beauty of their game lied in the many options they had going forward. Runs were made from midfield; the wingbacks were creating a wide threat whilst the forwards caused all sorts of problems. Wherever the home side looked, they found an opponent ready to do something. http://markting10.nl/ It took only 12 minutes for Federico Peluso to deliver a perfect assist for Arturo Vidal to score the opening goal. What a way to celebrate his contract extension. Juventus spent much of the first half demonstrating their superior levels of talent while the home side struggled to get their best men on the ball. In Alessandro Diamanti, they boasted a champion -- their hope. Dropping deep to pick up the ball and then drive the team forward, he was the heartbeat of the side, the creative mind. His passing accuracy and excellent vision aside, his cunning ability (furbizia) is reminiscent of Alessandro Del Piero and Mauro Camoranesi. The player always knows when and how to draw out a foul in a dangerous position. With him on the pitch, Bologna always had a chance. http://markting10.nl/ Conte was caught barking from the sidelines, asking his side to raise the tempo and keep passing the ball around in the box in hopes of piercing through for another goal. He was desperate to ensure his men did not drop their energetic level so that they could secure the result. Not willing to accept the defeat, Pioli immediately started to tinker with the side at the start of the second half to spark his team back into life. Taking off Diego Perez to introducing Diego Laxalt, the hope was to stop Paul Pogba delivering passes forward and allowing more time on the ball for Diamanti. It didn't work and if anything, the tempo slowed down. As such, Pioli moved to introduce Jonathan Cristaldo, a player who excels with his dribbles in hopes of raising the tempo. He made an impact, threatening Juve's men with his acceleration but not even he could find that equaliser. http://markting10.nl/ Unfortunately for the home side that played with heart, Juventus simply possessed more talent within their ranks, finally sealing the win thanks to a Giorgio Chiellini header that arrived from a Carlos Tevez corner. They ought to have finished off the game a lot sooner considering the manner in which they controlled the match, especially in the first half, but Pioli's tactics were always going to force the Bianconeri to work for it. Now sitting six points ahead of Roma, albeit temporarily at least until Roma play Fiorentina, it's difficult to see a side match the consistency shown by the current champions of Italy. Neither tactics nor passionate displays are enough for sides to neutralise the danger of the Bianconeri. With their mind now focused on the match against Galatasaray midweek, it is important Conte's men demonstrate that their brilliance is not only restricted to domestic matches. Another Scudetto is the dream, but Juventus must advance to the next round of the Champions League. http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

BOLOGNA 0 - 2 JUVENTUS Arturo Vidal (12′) Giorgio Chiellini (90′) December 6, 2013 - 8:45 PM Renato Dall’Ara Stadium — Bologna Referee: Paolo Silvio Mazzoleni Attendance: 21000 Juventus win to go six points clear at top of Serie A Dec 6, 2013 Serie A leaders Juventus beat Bologna 2-0 at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara tonight to move six points clear of Roma at the top of the table. http://markting10.nl/ In-form midfielder Arturo Vidal opened the scoring, and Giorgio Chiellini later secured the Old Lady their seventh consecutive league win with a stoppage-time second. It took Chilean international Vidal just 13 minutes to add to the hat-trick that he scored against FC Copenhagen last week, as he pounced on the rebound of Claudio Marchisio's driven shot. Fabio Quagliarella, who had earlier warmed up his shooting boots with a long-range effort, came close to doubling Juve's lead with a deflected strike that looped just wide of the near post. http://markting10.nl/ The resulting corner on 18 minutes yielded another chance for the visitors as the ball fell to defender Angelo Ogbonna, who miscued his shot on the turn off target from a promising position. Bologna emerged from the early barrage against them only one down, and then pinned Juve back with some pressure of their own, but Gianluigi Buffon saved well from Alessandro Diamanti's free kick. Antonio Conte's side missed a hat-trick of chances just prior to the interval, with Vidal among those were wasteful, but it proved not to be costly as they dominated the second period from start to finish. http://markting10.nl/ Quagliarella, Marchisio sent shots wide, while Fernando Llorente was denied by Gianluca Curci's fine save before substitute Kwadwo Asamoah had a goal ruled out one minute after his introduction. Juve did find the net again, though, and this time it counted as Chiellini connected with a corner from Carlos Tevez to head home his second goal of the season and make sure of the three points. http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

BOLOGNA 0 - 2 JUVENTUS Arturo Vidal (12′) Giorgio Chiellini (90′) December 6, 2013 - 8:45 PM Renato Dall’Ara Stadium — Bologna Referee: Paolo Silvio Mazzoleni Attendance: 21000 Experimental Bianconeri side too much for Rossoblu Dec 6, 2013 Juventus defeated Bologna 2-0 at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara on Friday night in Serie A. http://markting10.nl/ An early goal by in-form Arturo Vidal and a glancing header by Giorgio Chiellini in the 89th minute did the job for the league leaders against the Rossoblu, whose worries are increasing in the bottom of the table. Juventus took control of the match from the kick-off, but mistimed runs and misplaced passes, as well as a few great last-second tackles by Bologna defenders prevented the Bianconeri from capitalising on their early dominance. Nevertheless, in the 13th minute, the Turin club opened the scoreline. After an one-on-one opportunity was squandered by Claudio Marchisio, Juventus kept possession and their persistence paid off with a goal from Vidal, who was found unmarked in the area by Federico Peluso. http://markting10.nl/ The first good chance for Bologna came halfway through the opening period. In the 25th minute Alessandro Diamanti tested Gianluigi Buffon with a curling shot from a long range, but the veteran goalkeeper turned it away for a corner. The Rossoblu threatened again with a cross from the right. Rolando Bianchi settled the ball and pulled it out of the area for Diamanti, but the Italian’s fierce shot ended up straight at Buffon. The teams were more evenly matched in the beginning of the second half, but it was again Juventus who made the most of their possession by sending some shots toward Gianluca Curci’s goal through Marchisio and Fabio Quagliarella, both off target. http://markting10.nl/ As the visitors were tightening their grip on their opposition, however, the first shot on goal came from first-half substitute Fernando Llorente, who was given a clear opportunity from the corner of the penalty box. The Spaniard’s shot, however, was well saved by Curci. In the 68th minute, Juventus might have been two goals up, but a close offside decision went against them and ruled out a goal by newly introduced Kwadwo Asamoah. Shortly after, the Bianconeri beat the Rossoblu backline once again with a few quick passes, but Llorente could not make the most of the one-on-one opportunity. At the other end, Bologna’s best chance in the half thus far came from nothing. Jonathan Cristaldo picked up a poorly cleared ball and made and individual run deep into the penalty area, but his shot toward Buffon’s far right corner was just whiskers wide. http://markting10.nl/ Curci was called to work again after 79 minutes, when he had to save a strong near-post shot by Marchisio, and he dealt with the danger in style. Not long after, he once again kept his team in the contest, denying Llorente on another must-score opportunity. The goalkeeper had to do better 10 minutes later, however, when he was caught in no man’s land after a Carlos Tevez corner. The Argentine found Chiellini at the near post and the Italian international secured all three points for his team by directing the ball into the exposed corner of Curci’s goal. http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

BOLOGNA 0 - 2 JUVENTUS Arturo Vidal (12′) Giorgio Chiellini (90′) December 6, 2013 - 8:45 PM Renato Dall’Ara Stadium — Bologna Referee: Paolo Silvio Mazzoleni Attendance: 21000 Vidal & Chiellini seal Juve win Arturo Vidal’s early goal and Giorgio Chiellini’s late header were enough to give Juventus a 2-0 win over Bologna. Dec 6, 2013 Coach Antonio Conte made a host of changes for the Bianconeri’s clash at Renato Dell’Ara. Looking for their seventh win in a row, the Old Lady started with Fabio Quagliarella and Mirko Vucinic leading the line in place of Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente. Angelo Ogbonna came in at the back in place of Leonardo Bonucci, whilst Mauricio Isla and Federico Peluso played as wing-backs. http://markting10.nl/ The Rossoblu meanwhile, were looking like they wanted all three points with Panagiotis Kone, Alessandro Diamanti and Rolando Bianchi all starting. From the off though, it was the visitors who were on the front-foot, pushing Stefano Pioli’s men back to the point where they were camped outside their own area. Opportunities however, were at a premium. It wasn’t until the 10th minute that Juve had a shot on goal, but even then Quagliarella fired over the bar from 18 yards. http://markting10.nl/ The anguish didn’t last long though, as on 13 minutes Vidal controlled a cross from Peluso, before shooting past Gianluca Curci from 12 yards. The Turin team were playing well, but they were helped enormously by the naivety of the Bologna defence. Their three-man backline was struggling to cope with the late runs of the Juve midfield, and almost went 2-0 down, but Quagliarella fired wide from the edge of the area. The hosts did, slowly, get back into the game, with Diamanti going close, first with a free kick, and then a rasping half-volley from 25 yards – Gianluigi Buffon was more than equal to both. http://markting10.nl/ Going into the break though, Juventus were on top and looking relatively comfortable with a 1-0 lead. After the interval, Conte’s team were quickly out of the blocks again. Fernando Llorente, who came on for the injured Vucinic, set up Claudio Marchisio inside the first two minutes, but the Italy international curled wide from the left-hand side of the box. The Spaniard then went close himself on the hour mark, but after turning Cesare Natali, the former Athletic Bilbao man couldn’t beat the goalkeeper from close range. http://markting10.nl/ Their profligacy almost cost the Old Lady however late on, as substitute Jonathan Cristaldo beat Angelo Ogbonna and swept a low effort past Buffon – it also went past the far post though. With 90 minutes on the clock, the Bianconeri sealed the win as Carlos Tevez’s corner was headed in by Chiellini to seal the win. http://markting10.nl/ BOLOGNA: Curci; Antonsson, Natali, Mantovani; Garics (Cristaldo 64), Krhin, Perez (Laxalt 45), Morleo; Kone, Diamanti; Bianchi (Alibec 89) JUVENTUS: Buffon; Barzagli, Ogbonna, Chiellini; Isla, Vidal, Pogba, Marchisio, Peluso (Asamoah 66); Quagliarella (Tevez 70), Vucinic (Llorente 38) Ref: Mazzoleni http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

BOLOGNA 0 - 2 JUVENTUS Arturo Vidal (12′) Giorgio Chiellini (90′) December 6, 2013 - 8:45 PM Renato Dall’Ara Stadium — Bologna Referee: Paolo Silvio Mazzoleni Attendance: 21000 Vidal and Chiellini secure hard-fought three points The midfielder scored in the first half before the Italy international netted a late clincher after the champions had spurned a number of chances to make the points safe. Dec 6, 2013 A goal in either half from Arturo Vidal and Giorgio Chiellini was enough to seal a hard-fought three points for Juventus away to Bologna on Friday. http://markting10.nl/ Antonio Conte's men went into the clash three points ahead of Roma at the summit following a run of six straight league wins. The defending champions have not tasted defeat in Bologna since 1998, and made sure of another three points at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara with a highly professional performance. Midfielder Vidal opened the scoring in the early stages with a close-range effort as Juve dictated the first half. http://markting10.nl/ Bologna did threaten sporadically after the interval, but their hopes of taking a share of the spoils were killed off when Chiellini struck in the final minute of normal time. Juventus made six changes to the side that overcame Udinese last time out, with Paul Pogba, Mirko Vucinic and Fabio Quagliarella among those recalled in place of Andrea Pirlo, Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente. There were two alterations to the Bologna team that drew with Parma in their previous league encounter, one of which saw Andrea Mantovani replace the suspended Frederik Sorensen in defence. http://markting10.nl/ The visitors dictated play during the early stages and deservedly took the lead after 12 minutes, Vidal latching on to Federico Peluso's ball over the top to volley home moments after Claudio Marchisio had seen a goalbound effort cleared following another sparkling Juve move. Conte's men looked to kill off the game and came close to a second five minutes later when Quagliarella had an effort deflected wide. Attacking midfielder Alessandro Diamanti twice tested Buffon from range as Bologna looked to find a way back before half-time, but Juve's defence was rarely troubled. http://markting10.nl/ Juventus began the second half with renewed energy and came close to doubling their advantage just after the break when Marchisio curled wide from a tight angle. Bologna struggled to find a foothold in the game and goalkeeper Gianluca Curci needed to be at his best when twice pulling off superb saves to deny substitute Llorente. Curci was beaten for a second time after 67 minutes, but Kwadwo Asamoah was adjudged to have been offside as he collected Llorente's neat throughball. http://markting10.nl/ Despite Juve's clear superiority, Bologna should perhaps have levelled when striker Jonathan Cristaldo fired narrowly wide of the far post following an excellent counter-attack. Marchisio and Llorente spurned further chances as the game headed to its conclusion, while Archimede Morleo headed over for Bologna. The game was finally ended as a contest in the dying stages, Chiellini converting at the near post from a Carlos Tevez corner. http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111

BOLOGNA - JUVENTUS December 6, 2013 - 8:45 PM Renato Dall’Ara Stadium — Bologna Referee: Paolo Silvio Mazzoleni HT 0-1: Juve lead in Bologna Dec 6, 2013 Arturo Vidal celebrated signing a new contract by netting the only goal in Juventus’ 1-0 half-time lead over Bologna. http://markting10.nl/ Coach Antonio Conte made a host of changes for the Bianconeri’s clash at Renato Dell’Ara. The Rossoblu meanwhile, were looking like they wanted all three points with Pangiotis Kone, Alessandro Diamanti and Rolando Bianchi all starting. From the off though, it was the visitors who were on the front-foot, pushing Stefano Pioli’s men back to the point where they were camped outside their own area. Opportunities however, were at a premium. http://markting10.nl/ It wasn’t until the 10th minute that Juve had a shot on goal, but even then Quagliarella fired over the bar from 18 yards. The anguish didn’t last long though, as on 13 minutes Vidal controlled a cross from Peluso, before shooting past Gianluca Curci from 12 yards. The Turin team were playing well, but they were helped enormously by the naivety of the Bologna defence. Their three-man backline was struggling to cope with the late runs of the Juve midfield, and almost went 2-0 down, but Quagliarella fired wide from the edge of the area. http://markting10.nl/ The hosts did, slowly, get back into the game, with Diamanti going close, first with a free kick, and then a rasping half-volley from 25 yards – Gianluigi Buffon was more than equal to both. Going into the break though, Juventus were on top and looking relatively comfortable with a 1-0 lead. http://markting10.nl/ Bologna 0-1 Juventus Scorers: Vidal 13 (J) BOLOGNA: Curci; Antonsson, Natali, Mantovani; Garics, Krhin, Perez, Morleo; Kone, Diamanti; Bianchi. JUVENTUS: Buffon; Barzagli, Ogbonna, Chiellini; Isla, Vidal, Pogba, Marchisio, Peluso; Quagliarella, Vucinic (Llorente 38) http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111
