  1. Zielinski gives an update on his Napoli future amidst interest from Juventus Piotr Zielinski has recently caught the attention of Juventus as he approaches the end of his contract with Napoli. The Polish midfielder played a crucial role in Napoli’s league victory last season and continues to be among the league’s best performers. However, with his contract set to expire at the end of the current campaign, negotiations between his representatives and Napoli regarding an extension have shown limited progress. ............ He said: “My agent is taking care of this, negotiations are underway. I don’t rule out him renewing, but you will know in due time. Now I’m focused on giving my best with Napoli.” ............ 2. Juventus Held a Summit with the Agents of Fabian Ruiz The representatives of Fabian Ruiz paid Juventus a visit earlier this week. The Bianconeri are famously looking for a midfielder in January. The Spaniard hasn’t had a starring role under Luis Enrique and wouldn’t mind coming back to Italy. The former Napoli star is well familiar with Cristiano Giuntoli, who acquired him from Real Betis back in 2018. He eventually left two summers ago, as Napoli cashed in €23M ten months before the end of his contract. At this stage, there’s no ongoing negotiation between PSG and Juventus for Fabian Ruiz. ............ Read more -> https://cultofcalcio.com/juventus-held-a-summit-with-the-agents-of-fabian-ruiz/
  3. Inter Milan suffers a huge injury blow ahead of Juventus game Inter Milan has suffered a significant injury setback ahead of their upcoming match against Juventus after the international break. Alessandro Bastoni, a key defender for Inter, has allegedly sustained an injury during training with the Italian national team this week and has been sent back home from international duty. The absence of Bastoni will be a notable blow for Inter, as he is considered one of their best players and a key figure in their defensive setup. His unavailability could impact Inter’s defensive solidity and overall performance in the crucial clash against Juventus. ........... 4. Cristiano Giuntoli is following a Montenegro teenager for Juventus Juventus is actively scouting top talents worldwide to strengthen their squad, and their pursuit has led them to Montenegro. The Black and Whites are poised to secure some notable signings, even if the players are relatively unknown, under the direction of Cristiano Giuntoli. ............ Giuntoli has been closely monitoring the progress of Montenegrin talent Vasilije Adzic, who has been showcasing his skills at Budućnost. At the age of 17, Adzic has already established himself as a key member of Budućnost’s first team, consistently earning opportunities to showcase his abilities in various games. Juventus is actively tracking Adzic’s development and may make a move in the upcoming summer to bring him to Italy. ............ 5. Capello says Inter is so good that they would beat Juventus in a video game Italian coach Fabio Capello says that Inter Milan currently possesses a superior squad compared to Juventus as the two teams prepare to face each other after the international break. ............ “If video games were played the result would be quite clear: 2-0 for Inter, thanks to a larger and more qualitative squad than that of Juventus. Simone Inzaghi can count on two starters by position, almost all interchangeable. “Massimiliano Allegri is not, also because the team was built to face a season without European commitments. “But on November 26th it will be a real match, not a virtual one. And we will play on the details. Starting from the kick-offs corner and lateral free kicks, strong points of both Juventus and Inter.” ............ 6. Agent makes a prediction about Juventus January business Juventus is expected to have a busy January transfer window as they look to bolster their squad for the second half of the season. ............ Agent Stefano Antonelli has made some predictions and he expects Juve to sign Kalvin Phillips from Manchester City. “Juventus will sign Phillips on an expensive loan, with a buy option at the end, because they will not add obligations but options, it means that they are moving. “Then someone will sell to the Premier League, there €25-30 million is an acceptable and possible budget, not here. There is not one of the top six in Italy that will put such figures on the table for someone in January. ............ 7. Pundit warns Inter Milan about Juventus cynical approach to games Simone Braglia has issued a warning to Inter Milan, cautioning them about Juventus’ potentially cynical approach in their upcoming match after the international break. The highly anticipated meeting between Juventus and Inter Milan is considered one of the most crucial Derby d’Italia encounters in recent seasons. A victory for Juventus would propel them to the top of the Serie A table. ............ He said: “Inter have team and environmental unity. However, I fear Juventus, who know how to be cynical. The outcome of this match could be important for the rest of the Bianconeri’s season.” ............ 8. Manuel Locatelli reportedly has a broken rib, forcing him to leave Italy camp It didn’t technically happen while wearing azzurro, but this is one heck of a thing to find out at the beginning of the break. Monday brought the news that Manuel Locatelli’s stay with the Italian national team during the November international break was a short one. On the same day in which he got to Coverciano, Locatelli was already on his way back to Turin, as it was discovered that he had broken one of his ribs. It occurred at some point during Saturday’s win against Cagliari. Locatelli, however, played through the injury and completed the full 90-plus minutes. The fear now is that Locatelli, the only Juventus midfielder to start the first 12 games of the 2023-24 season, is a serious doubt for the Derby d’Italia against Inter in two weeks. Considering that Juventus has yet to say anything about Locatelli’s injury, we don’t know the severity of it and how much time he could miss. ............ So, if Locatelli is not fit enough to play against Inter two Sundays from now, that means Juventus will have just three midfielders available: Adrien Rabiot (back from suspension), Fabio Miretti and Hans Nicolussi Caviglia, who just made his season debut this past weekend against Cagliari. That, no matter how you try and spin it, is not a good situation to be in, with 18-year-old Joseph Nonge — he himself who has been with the senior squad for just a few weeks now — being your only natural midfielder on the bench. ............ 9. World Cup winner backs Vlahovic to still score 20 goals this season World Cup winner Luca Toni continues to express confidence in Dusan Vlahovic, expecting the Serbian striker to have a successful season. Vlahovic, who is Juventus’ primary goal-scorer, made an impressive start to the season. However, his goal-scoring form dipped, and he found himself playing behind Moise Kean in the pecking order before the international break. ............ “When he came on against Fiorentina and Cagliari, he seemed calm to me, this is an excellent starting point, especially because lately Kean has always been the starter. “Moise, aside from the fact that he didn’t score by a matter of centimetres, did well. But I remain convinced that Dusan can still score 20 goals because strikers like him, when they take off, are capable of scoring four or five goals in a week. “He needs a spark, maybe when the break ends, he’ll decide the derby and turn his season around.” ............ 10. Giuseppe Marotta expects a beautiful game between Inter Milan and Juventus Inter Milan CEO Giuseppe Marotta anticipates an exciting match between the Nerazzurri and Juventus after the international break, given the current positions of both teams in the league table. ............ The upcoming clash between the two clubs holds particular significance, and Marotta believes their positions on the league table will make the game special. The result could potentially create a significant gap between them. He said: “Juve-Inter in history has always been defined as the Italian derby and remains as such. If we then also see that we are first against second, the match has an even more beautiful appeal and it is a positive aspect for the world of football”. ............ 11. “Honoured” Fagioli sends message after signing a new Juventus deal Nicolo Fagioli has expressed his joy after receiving a new contract offer from Juventus. The midfielder, who has been with Juve since his early teens, faced a ban until the following year due to betting-related offences. ............ Although the midfielder will be sidelined until the end of this season and may not participate in club football for the remainder of the term, Juventus has demonstrated their commitment to him by securing a new deal, a gesture that Fagioli has expressed his delight about. “I am happy and honoured to sign my new contract with Juventus,” wrote Fagioli. “I grew up at Juve as man and a player, now this bond will continue to grow. “I want to thank my family, the fans, my teammates and all the members of Juventus for their support. “I will always be grateful and thankful. To the end.” ............ Read more -> https://www.juvefc.com/honoured-fagioli-sends-message-after-signing-a-new-juventus-deal/
  12. OFFICIALLY OFFICIAL: Nicolo Fagioli signs contract extension through 2028 While we await the young Italian to make his comeback, his future at the club he grew up at is very much secured. On the surface, Nicolo Fagioli’s rise to regular starter in the Juventus midfield was a local kid living the dream that so many of his friends probably wished they could have. He was now in the spotlight at the club he grew up at, with such a bright future in front of him because of what he was going to bring to Juventus in the present and future. What we didn’t know is that during that same rise to prominence, Fagioli was dealing with a gambling problem that was spinning out of control. We’ve come to know this because that’s exactly what he told investigators right before everything came to light. .............. Juventus announced Tuesday that they have signed the 22-year-old Fagioli to a contract extension through 2028. That’s the second contract extension through 2028 that they’ve given to a member of their much-maligned midfield, as Manuel Locatelli penned a new deal (and got a nice little raise) late last week. For Fagioli, though, who is still in the early stages of his seven-month suspension that will keep him out for pretty much all of the remaining games in the 2023-24 season, this is the clearest of signs that Juve are perfectly willing to support him in the long term as well as the immediate future as he deals with everything that has come with his gambling addiction. .............. 13. Juventus could recover three key players before the Inter Milan match Juventus is set to face Inter Milan immediately after the international break, marking a challenging return to action following a two-week hiatus. While already actively involved in the title race, the clash with Inter Milan is poised to distinguish genuine contenders from mere pretenders. ............ There is a possibility that Juventus will regain three crucial players from injury ahead of the match. The report suggests that Danilo, Alex Sandro, and Timothy Weah are in the final stages of their recovery and may be available for the game. ............ 14. Tottenham Set Sights on Rarely Used Juventus Youngster Tottenham have shown interest in Samuel Iling-Junior, who hasn’t been able to crack the rotation in the first portion of the 2023/2024 season. In addition, his contract expires in 2025. The two sides recently held talks to discuss Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and touched on the youngster as well. The 20-year-old has played just 112 minutes through 4 appearances so far. He has been outshined by Andrea Cambiaso, who got the call when Filip Kostic didn’t start. Despite the situation, Juventus value Iling-Junior €20M, so Tottenham would have to spend big for a rather unproven player. ............... 15. Locatelli leaves Italy camp amidst injury fears – Cambiaso also sustains knock Ahead of the two decisive Euro 2024 qualifiers against North Macedonia and Ukraine, Luciano Spalletti called up five Juventus stars for the Italy camp. But unfortunately, Manuel Locatelli had to leave early as medical exams detected a slight fracture in the rib sustained during last Saturday’s encounter against Cagliari. The 25-year-old will now undergo further tests following his return to Turin. The Bianconeri will be hoping to have the midfielder back at Max Allegri’s disposal before the major Derby d’Italia showdown against Inter on November 26th. Otherwise, it would be a major blow for the club. Moreover, Italy coach Spalletti revealed that Andrea Cambiaso has arrived with a swollen ankle. Nevertheless, the versatile wingback remains with the national team. ............... The other three Juventus stars in the Azzurri camp are Federico Chiesa, Moise Kean and Federico Gatti. On another note, Dean Huijsen also returned home due to back pain. The teenager received a call-up from Netherlands U20. ............... 16. International break: 16 Juventus players called up and one surprising omission As is often the case, Juventus coach Max Allegri will be left with a small host to work with during the international break while the bulk of the squad reports to national duty. But while 16 players from the senior squad received call-ups, Arkadiusz Milik’s omission raised some eyebrows. ............. Naturally, the Italian block is the largest, with Federico Chiesa, Moise Kean, Federico Gatti, Manuel Locatelli and Andrea Cambiaso all joining Luciano Spalletti’s ranks. ............. 17. Juventus Boss Allegri Not Enthused over January Targets While the Juventus management is hard at work to find a new midfielder, coach Massimiliano Allegri isn’t so eager to bring in new players despite losing Paul Pogba and Nicolò Fagioli. They are after two Premier League options in particular, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Kalvin Phillips. The Bianconeri would need to empty their coffers to acquire the Dane. Instead, the Manchester City outcast is gettable on loan. Their directors haven’t accelerated for either after a trip to England. ............... Allegri won’t put pressure on the Juventus brass for an acquisition. ............... While there’s some logic with his reported stance, they are one injury away from fielding very unproven players. His reservations might also come from the lack of Serie A experience of their primary targets. It’s hard to imagine he wouldn’t sign off on acquiring Rodrigo De Paul, for instance. 18. Juventus will go into the Derby d’Italia with the chance to take over first place Things remained the same at the top of the Serie A table, and that means things will be pretty dang spicy in a couple of weeks when the games return. Saturday night’s win over Cagliari didn’t mark the first time this season that Juventus moved into first place in Serie A on a provisional basis, but the timing of it made things a little more heightened compared to a few weeks ago. That’s both because Inter still had to play on Sunday night against Matias Soulé and Frosinone but also because of the massive fixture that awaits Juve after the international break. Well, Juve went into Sunday atop the Serie A table. They will go into the first Derby d’Italia of the 2023-24 season trying to get back there. The help from Soulé and Frosinone never arrived despite their best efforts Sunday night, as Inter jumped back over Juventus thanks to their win at the San Siro. That sets up a first place vs. second place meeting at the Allianz Stadium in Turin in a couple of weeks, with a whole international break to craft all the narrative and storylines that will carry us over the next two weeks while we wait for the Sunday, Nov. 26, showdown in Turin. ....... And maybe more importantly when you look at the fact that Max Allegri and Cristiano Giuntoli continue to hammer home the fact that Juventus are solely focused on finishing in the top four and not declaring themselves big-time Scudetto challengers just yet, this is what things look like from second place to fifth place: Juventus — 29 points AC Milan — 23 points (and winless in their last four league games) Napoli — 21 points (and about to fire their manager) Atalanta — 20 points (and with two wins in their last six league games) We sit here as the November international break is about to begin and there’s already a six-point gap between second place and third place. ....... 20. Allegri on Derby d’Italia: “Inter the favorites, they’re built to win” ........ The upcoming Derby d’Italia promises to be a thrilling encounter between the two league leaders. Juventus will host Inter at the Allianz Stadium in their first fixture after the international break, and Max Allegri depicts his side as the underdog. ........ “Anything can happen in a single match,” said the Livorno native. “They are favorites together with Milan and Napoli. Inter have been built for years to win the Scudetto, they have the strength to do it. I believe they have a great chance to win.” ........ 21. Moise Kean selected Juventus MVP in October Ahead of the club’s encounter against Cagliari, Juventus presented Moise Kean the MVP award for October. Although the striker is yet to break his duck, he played a crucial part in the club’s win over Milan at San Siro, as his run resulted in Malick Thiaw’s dismissal. The 23-year-old also had two brilliant goals controversially disallowed against Hellas Verona. ............. Read more -> https://www.juvefc.com/video-moise-kean-selected-juventus-mvp-in-october/
  22. Rugani’s agent insists he is not improving rather he has always been underestimated Daniele Rugani has been in fine form in recent weeks, benefiting from consistent game time due to Danilo’s injury. The defender, initially a fringe player at the club, has witnessed new defenders joining and surpassing him in the pecking order. Despite this, Max Allegri holds a favourable opinion of him, and the Bianconeri are even contemplating offering him a contract extension. ............. Fans believe he has regained top form and is now a significantly improved player. However, his agent, Davide Torchia, insists that Rugani has always been a talented player and has merely been underestimated. ............. “No, I can’t say that. He has always had very good performances over the years, but we tend to forget. It’s not that we are discovering a player who had gone badly and is now doing great, he has always played well. “It wasn’t never managed to have continuity due to the great champions present in the squad, because this was the fundamental reason, but now he is making the most of the opportunity and the trust given to him. A bit like what happened last year: the reconfirmation was earned for his good high-level performances, more for quality than quantity”. ............. 23. Salernitana will try to bring back Juventus midfielder in January On Saturday night, Hans Nicolussi Caviglia finally made his first Juventus appearance of the season. Despite Max Allegri’s lack of options in the middle of the park, the 23-year-old had to wait until the 12th round of the season to earn a few minutes on the pitch while the Bianconeri were leading Cagliari by two goals to one. So Salernitana could seize the opportunity to lure Nicolussi Caviglia back to the Campanian city. The midfielder spent the second half of the previous campaign in Salerno before rejoining the Old Lady’s ranks in the summer. ............. 24. Juventus looking to replace Alex Sandro with Premier League defender At the end of the season, Alex Sandro will put an end to a nine-year collaboration with Juventus. Many feel that the Brazilian’s departure is overdue as his levels have been on the decline in the last three years or so. .............. The Bianconeri have a replacement in mind for the Brazilian veteran. As the source tells it, Juventus have identified Lloyd Kelly as the right profile to replace Alex Sandro starting next season. The Englishman currently plies his trade at Bournemouth. But similar to Sandro, he will be a free agent in June. The 25-year-old is a left-footed player who would be a natural fit on the left side of Max Allegri’s three-man defense – a role that Sandro struggled to occupy. Moreover, the English defender can cover either as a centre-back or a left-back in a four-man backline. ..............
