Juve has already replaced Weston McKennie and Wojciech Szczęsny in their squad, but both players and others remain in the group. They are keen to offload them as soon as possible, and Pavan worries that they might struggle to sell the players they do not need. ............ “Juventus could have some problems with the exits. JUVENTUS ISSUE ULTIMATUM TO FEDERICO CHIESA REGARDING EXIT Serie A giants Juventus have issued an ultimatum to Federico Chiesa regarding his potential exit from the club this summer. ............ Chiesa either has to accept a reduced wage or end up leaving the Bianconeri this summer. Roma’s interest has reduced recently, with Chisea yet to give a response to the club. ............ Selling Chiesa would help Juve land Teun Koopmeiners and it would make sure that they also end up keeping Matias Soule at the club, with Thiago Motta said to be quite a fan of the player. As of now, Juve do not want to lose the player for free. ............ Read more -> https://www.getfootballnewsitaly.com/2024/juventus-issue-ultimatum-to-federico-chiesa-regarding-exit/

The youngster is one of the budding players at Juventus, and the Bianconeri were delighted with the way he played at Frosinone last season. ............ Juve is reportedly open to his departure, and Leicester City is the latest club to show interest in his signature. But Thiago Motta will give Soule a chance to prove his worth before he leaves. The manager has still not decided if the youngster will be part of his plans. He will evaluate him during pre-season before deciding whether to include him. ............ 5. Juventus intensify Todibo talks with plan to cut off West Ham Reports are growing in Italy that Juventus will intensify their pursuit of OGC Nice defender Jean-Clair Todibo, who was already in talks with Manchester United and West Ham United. The centre-back would’ve gone to Old Trafford, but seeing as their owners INEOS are also in charge of Nice, the transfer was effectively blocked by UEFA. West Ham dived in, but as soon as Todibo heard that Juventus were interested, he put them on hold and preferred to wait for the Bianconeri. ............ The asking price can be significantly lower than €40m and they can cut the cost even more by including a player as part of the deal. They have options who are of interest to Nice, including Arkadiusz Milik and winger Filip Kostic. Juventus already did a deal with Nice this week for Khephren Thuram and no doubt discussed Todibo during the same negotiations with the Ligue 1 club. ............ 6. Massimo Mauro explains Thiago Motta’s style of football Former Juventus star Massimo Mauro believes the Bianconeri are taking a similar path to when they appointed Maurizio Sarri as their manager, now that Thiago Motta has become their latest coach. ............ Motta has been one of the most innovative managers in European football, and finishing in the Champions League places with Bologna last season is widely considered a miracle. His style of play is very different from what Juve fans watched during Max Allegri’s spell, and Mauro is happy with this new direction. He explains Motta’s style in a recent interview saying: “Thiago Motta has combined quality of play with results in the extraordinary Champions League ride he experienced at the helm of Bologna. I appreciate his desire to score one more goal than his opponents and to concede at least one less. Juventus’ choice to try a new path is great, a bit like what happened with Sarri”. ............ 7. Monza CEO responds to Wojciech Szczesny rumours Monza has been linked with a move for Juventus goalkeeper Wojciech Szczęsny, whose potential transfer to Al Nassr is currently on hold. Juventus has signed a new goalkeeper and needs to offload Szczęsny in this transfer window. He earns too much to stay on the bench and become a second choice behind Michele di Gregorio. ............ Reports began circulating weeks ago that the Bianconeri might sell him to Monza, who are eyeing an ambitious move for his signature. ............ Their CEO has now revealed that the rumours are not true. Adriano Galliani said: “At what point are the negotiations for Szczesny? First of all, we need to agree on what a negotiation is. If we refer to the dictionary, sit down and start talking, there is no negotiation for Szczesny. Then chatting with someone, with a sporting director or something else, these are all things in progress. But there is no negotiation underway for Szczesny, meaning by negotiation a negotiation.” ............ Read more -> https://www.juvefc.com/monza-ceo-responds-to-wojciech-szczesny-rumours/

  9. Juventus teenager Kenan Yildiz will return to Turin for a minor surgery Juventus striker Kenan Yildiz will reportedly land in Turin this week to undergo nose surgery. The 19-year-old’s summer vacation has only recently started following Turkiye’s elimination from EURO 2024 at the hands of the Netherlands in the quarter-finals. The teenager enjoyed a superb breakout campaign that saw him rise through the club’s ranks and become a regular starter for his national team. ............ Yildiz will interrupt his summer break to undergo surgery on his nasal septum this Friday. The former Bayern Munich star will thus be in Turin this week, so the source believes this occasion could set the stage for a brief meeting with Motta who intends to heavily rely on his services next season. Afterwards, the youngster will resume his vacation before putting himself at the club’s disposal by the end of the month. ............ The Italian landed in Florence on Sunday and underwent his medical tests on Monday. But the Viola waited until Tuesday afternoon to announce the transfer. The 24-year-old has thus ended his second spell in Turin, leaving the club on a low note after failing to score a single goal throughout the previous campaign. ............ New Juventus coach Thiago Motta had made it clear from the get-go that he doesn’t intend to rely on the services of the Italy international. Therefore, the management found an agreement with Fiorentina who signed the player on a permanent basis for 13 million euros in addition to bonuses which could reach a maximum of 5M. ............ 11. Jadon Sancho rejects ‘important’ Man Utd exit offer as star holds out for one Euro giant only Manchester United outcast Jadon Sancho has snubbed a big offer to leave Old Trafford as he is only looking to sign for Juventus next, according to reports. Having fallen out with Man Utd boss Erik ten Hag in the early stages of last season, Sancho spent several months training with the club’s youth players before returning to Borussia Dortmund on loan in January. ............ Sancho had hoped that Ten Hag would be sacked by Man Utd so he could return to the club and finally start to show why they paid a huge £73million for him. However, the Englishman was left disappointed when Man Utd extended Ten Hag’s contract until 2026. ............ As per Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla, Sancho has received an ‘important offer’ to leave Man Utd, with both Premier League and Turkish clubs interested in landing him. But the 24-year-old has rejected such advances as he is ‘waiting for’ a big move to Juventus. ............ They have already done some business with Nice this summer considering the Khephren Thuram deal. ............ Juventus would have to splurge to sign Todibo. The French side demands €35/40M to part ways with their star center-back. With just one year remaining on his deal and with no extension in sight, Thuram is highly likely to leave Nice this summer. ............ After a difficult season, there are fewer suitors for Thuram, however, there has been interest from Italy, with Juventus and Inter Milan both making enquiries. Thuram has now spoken with new Juventus manager Thiago Motta and both have agreed to the move. It is now up to the Serie A side to find an agreement with Les Aiglons. ............ 16. Lilian Thuram’s agent insists his son and Juventus can help each other Juventus is interested in Khephren Thuram as they work hard to restructure their midfield. ............ However, they might still lose Adrien Rabiot, who is two days away from becoming a free agent, so Juve will likely need to sign another midfielder. Khephren Thuram from Nice is a potential candidate, and his father’s former agent believes the move would benefit both parties. Lilian Thuram famously played for Juventus and was represented by Oscar Damiani. Damiani now believes Khephren will also do well in Turin. He said: “How do I see him at Juventus? I believe that Khephren would help Juventus grow. And Juventus would help Khephren grow. So rather well, that’s it. Furthermore, he would also ensure the department gets some goals: it’s another characteristic that belongs to his technical background” ............ 17. Juventus is trying to meet Thuram’s asking price with bonuses Juventus is keen to sign Khephren Thuram, as it seems clear that Adrien Rabiot is leaving them. The Bianconeri no longer have much hope that Rabiot will stay, so they are on the lookout for new midfielders to add to their squad. ............ The next midfielder to arrive in Turin could be Khephren Thuram, who has been on Juve’s radar for several months. The son of Lilian Thuram has a contract that expires in 2025, and Nice wants to sell him now. They still want a high fee for his departure, but Juventus does not want to offer more than 18 million euros. The Old Lady is working on bonuses to help them reach an offer that Nice would accept............. Read more -> https://www.juvefc.com/juventus-is-trying-to-meet-thurams-asking-price-with-bonuses/
  18. Progress on Thuram, first signings imminent, Kean on the move With the deal for Douglas Luiz all but settled (more on him later), another name in the midfield has started to be thrown around in earnest over the last week or so, and that’s Kephren Thuram. The 23-year-old, who currently plys his trade at OGC Nice, has been zeroed in on as the second signing in the continuing remake of the Juventus midfield. The team had hoped to sign Adrien Rabiot to yet another extension in the offseason, but he and his momgent, Veronique, have dithered when it comes to a decision on Juventus’ contract proposal. Fed up with waiting (and in the face of Veronique likely demanding a ridiculously exorbitant salary that the club simply won’t pay, the club has moved on to Thuram. Son of former Juve defender Lilian and brother of current Inter forward Marcus, Kephren Thuram has turned heads at Nice lately, but he’s made it clear to the French club that he has no intention of extending his contract, which expires at the end of the coming season. That would give Juve a clear negotiating advantage, as Nice won’t be in position to dictate the terms of a deal quite as much as they would have liked. Thuram was born in Reggio Emilia just a few months before his father signed with Juventus, and was raised in Turin for the first five years of his life, a fact that could also give Juve an edge in vying for his signature. Indeed, according to a report by Daniele Longo at Calciomercato, Juve have agreed in principle to personal terms with the Frenchman, and that Cristiano Giuntoli has taken a closer role in negotiations with the Ligue 1 outfilt to get the deal over the line quickly, lest anyone else come in and disrupt things at the last minute. Nice are looking for €25 million for the striker, but Juve are hoping to use the pressure of a contract year to push that closer to €18-20 million, or perhaps push down the monetary costs with a makeweight like Arkadiusz Milik. ............ Samuel Iling-Junior and Enzo Barrenechea are set to complete their medicals with Aston Villa within the next 24 hours, clearing one of the last major hurdles before the complex deal for Luiz is complete. The Brazilian midfielder is currently with the Brazilian national team at the Copa America, but is likely to complete his while at the tournament. As for Di Gregorio, the major hurdle in front of his announcement has been the exit of incumbent keeper Wojciech Szczesny. Szczesny’s potential move to Saudi Arabia had been on hold for a week or so, but now looks like it’s headed for the finish line soon, which would clear the way for Di Gregorio’s arrival to be made official. ............ Multiple reports, including one from Fabrizio Romano, have identified Kean as the primary target of new Fiorentina manager Raffaele Palladino. ............ 19. Juventus interest in Khephren Thuram does not depend on Rabiot Juventus has been following Khephren Thuram for several months and might make a move to sign him this summer. The Frenchman has been one of the finest midfielders in Ligue 1 over the last few seasons, and he now wants to leave Nice. ............ It has been widely reported that Juventus considers Thuram one of their long-term replacements for Adrien Rabiot. However, Fabrizio Romano has revealed that signing Thuram will not depend on Rabiot’s future. He claims the Bianconeri will still work on the deal for the Frenchman whether Rabiot stays or not. ............ 20. Rabiot’s replacement at Juventus will likely be another Frenchman Juventus remains keen to keep Adrien Rabiot and has made that clear since the start of last season, but they risk losing him before Euro 2024 ends. ............ Thiago Motta, the new Juventus manager, wishes to work with Rabiot, but Juve will not wait forever. Rabiot’s contract with the club expires at the end of this month. ............ Cristiano Giuntoli is also looking at alternative players in case they cannot secure Rabiot on a new deal. He has placed Nice’s Khephren Thuram and AS Monaco’s Youssouf Fofana on a standby list. If it becomes clear that Rabiot is leaving, he will sign one of these French midfielders as his replacement. ............ 21. Khephren Thuram could help Juventus sign him sooner Juventus remains keen on bringing Marcus Thuram’s brother to Serie A as he shines for Nice in France. Khephren Thuram has been one of the standout players at his current club, and Juve has been monitoring the midfielder for at least two seasons. ................. The midfielder’s brother Marcus plays for Inter Milan, and their father Lilian was a star player for Juventus. Khephren appears to be interested in the move. His current deal expires in 2025, meaning he has just one season left. Nice still wants around €25 million, which might be considered too expensive by Juventus, but the midfielder could prove to be a valuable addition. He is eager to move to Serie A and will not sign a new contract, which could force Nice to further reduce their asking price to avoid losing him on a free transfer. ................. 22. Juventus eyes three stars in case Rabiot refuses to extend his contract Juventus remains keen on keeping Adrien Rabiot in their squad beyond this season, but the Bianconeri are also on the lookout for alternatives. ............. The Frenchman might be interested in working with Thiago Motta, but while he wastes time, Juve has identified three players who could take his place on their team. The Bianconeri are interested in Monaco’s Youssouf Fofana and Nice’s Khephren Thuram, whom they can sign permanently. They are also interested in signing PSG’s Manuel Ugarte on loan for next season. ............. 23. Juventus forced to wait until the summer to land midfield target Juventus has been monitoring Khephren Thuram for several months and was even linked with a potential move for him in the January transfer window. Thuram, a midfielder, has established himself as one of the top players in his position in Ligue 1, and Juventus is interested in adding him to their squad to address the midfield void. While the Bianconeri have several players on their radar, the Frenchman is their primary target, and they have been aiming to acquire him in January. However, it appears increasingly unlikely that Thuram will make a move in January, as he is an integral part of the current Nice team. ............
